Very comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great facilities, friendly staff, Aircon, tea and coffee facilities available in the dining room 24/7. Very comfortable, amazing showers!

We did see a tea stain left in the windowsill from previous guest, this is nip picking but shouldn’t be there. Slight electrical fault in the light above the bed. Staff was very apologetic and said they’ll action it straight away. Exactly what you want to hear.

Kurze Wege in der Stadt

Sehr schönes Hotel, schöne Ausstattung

Mir persönlich hat die Lage nicht gefallen. Es war sehr zentral am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt mit all dem Leid und Elend einer Großstadt (Obdachlosigkeit,Konflikte,Bettler). Das nächste Mal suchen wir uns eine Unterkunft wo es ruhiger ist.

Im very happy with my stay, I would stay again

spatious room, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen very useful, friendly staff, I dont know if this applies to all rooms/ occasions but I stayed for a month and its was very quiet which is great. Location is like 5 mins on foot from the train station.

Breakfast and gym were relatively poor.

Lovely Central Stay - Would recommend

Lovely hotel system - like a mix between a homestay and a hotel. -Great kicthen -Good breakfast -Location is perfect -Staff and service is wonderful

-Needs a bit of a modernisation project but otherwise great

Not sure we'll be back.

Location is excellent the breakfast is great and the staff are welcoming.

The room was clean enough but the heating wasn't brilliant, kept turning off so didn't stay warm. No extra blankets. There was some rustling round in the ceiling which kept me awake.

Great place to stay that is close to the train station and nice restaurants.

Breakfast was good. Nice that there were laundry facilities available. Enjoyed the manager reception the one evening. Super friendly front desk staff.

A really comfortable and enjoyable stay where everyone went the extra mile

We had a King Suite on the 12th Floor - a great view, if interesting rather than beautiful given the city centre location. The room was well fitted and very clean, the bed comfortable and servicing A1. The staff were friendly and informative, the breakfast really good and the social evening both a great idea and one very well delivered. Our first stay at Staybridge Suites - but not our last

One very minor suggestion - we parked at B4 as recommended, but a simple map showing the shortest walking route would have been usefully added the recommendation.

Comfortable room with good facilities in great location - good value

Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not like the first room I was allocated (it was too close to the lift) and they quickly moved me to another one. Breakfast was nice. There was a fire alarm and we were evacuated, which was, of course, not their fault, and they handled it all very efficiently.

A very comfortable home from home stay with a luxury feel

Very well equipped kitchen including food containers, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Laundry facilities excellent, washing done and dried in 90 mins. Fitness room adequate for a well rounded workout, cold water and towels provided. Very friendly staff. Every detail thought of, I didn't want for anything. Healthy breakfast options. 3 lifts to use were always operational and being well maintained. Daily room freshen was very through.

Social hour people should not be allowed to sit alone! Would have liked a bath and ability to get fresh air into room.

Room was good size, & included kitchen area. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size. Room was quiet & clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is excellent.

Was told the incorrect time for breakfast. Staff were clearing up hot food, but did allow us to help ourselves when we told them we were told breakfast was until 10:30am. Glad we went down when we did otherwise we may have missed out on a hot breakfast. Staff was accomodating.

Everything. I had read other very positive reviews before booking & would like to add another. The location in the centre of Birmingham, the excellent staff, perfect room & delicious breakfast. All of the staff including the young woman who clears away the breakfast debris are so warm and friendly.

Not really a dislike, but just to highlight that the public parking at B4 recommended by the hotel is a good 5 minutes walk, so could be an issue for some people with lots of luggage or during bad weather.

Absolutely disappointing and hugely overpriced for what we got

Location was Central

Lied to by staff Put in a room inferior to what we paid for Walls were paper thin Sleep disrupted every night by partying neighbours until 6am Staff informed, did nothing, no offer to move. Breakfast was ok, Glorified Holiday Inn Staff at breakfast discourteous and ignorant Room only cleaned once in 4 days Toilet immediately adjacent to bed head

the overall hotel excellent. the reception staff were great.

very poor hot breakfast. no choice of eggs and a very dry offering of scrambled eggs. no vegetarian sausages which could easily have been bought in locally given the hotel is surrounded by stores in the city centre. no tomatoes or mushrooms

All in all we were happy with the stay and we had a good time.

Breakfast was ok. The quality was sufficiently good, The sound isolation was very good and the bed was very comfortable. Location was also good, walking distance from the train station.

Only bad thing about the room: there was a finger or toe nail on the bed, when we arrived, i.e. the cleaning wasn't done well enough. The choices at breakfast were not that much.
