Overall hotel are good

Good hotel

1. There's a spot on the bed 2. The security on the parking lot taking reserve for the other guest when they park near the entrance... so when there's an empty spot they put a cone...and they said it belongs to someone I guess they paid the security to save their spot 3. Breakfast not as good as usual, it's on 2nd floor

the staff is friendly, clean and the location is strategic

the first day the layout of room 1608 was odd, when we showered the water flowed into the toilet area, the next day the staff exchanged it for a better room

World class hotel experience in Solo City

We walked in the building at about 5pm and was just impressed by the massive looking metal art work that frames the top ceiling of the hotel. Apparently, this work was done by a local Javanese artist that has spent months working on the fresco on site back in the 2010s. Rooms had really great views all around. Really enjoyed the free pool as well as breakfast they have on location. Indeed a relatively value for money space in Solo city

The room is spacious, neat and tidy. The bathroom is superb. Amazing breakfast, the staff in the Epice service us like king!. Our stay in Alila was perfect!

We have lost glasses, left a message through booking.com but hotel does not reply promptly. I tried to call them also after I back to home, they never pick up my call.

I stayed for three days in here and what i got was much better than my expectation. The friendliness of the staff, especially Amalia who care a lot to us. The ambience was so warm and very clean.

I think The sleeper could more better.

the staffs at the executive floor are keen to assist and serves decent wine with local delicacies. the hotel is comfy, and not pretentious.

not much except that the steam room was in maintenance when we stay.
