Location, not too far from central Jogja.
I ordered fried rice from room service and it tasted good, beyond my expectation.
1. Even though the AC is off, the room temp still cold, it makes me ill during my stay at Grand Keisha
2. The breakfasts so standard, no specialties, the tastes below expectation
3. The hotel prefer water bottle for each room and water dispenser outside the room. The problem is, are the bottles get cleaned everyday?? I dont think so, so I dont't use it.
4. The floor in my bathroom has weird slope so the water couldnt get through the drainage and flooded.
5. Bathroom sink clogged and not only mine. Others too.And oh, you can see sink stain from the mirror, its just disgusting to see black spot here and there.
6. When I came in, no small towel provided.
7. Why towel rack placed on closet? Don't you know when you flush it, the germ is going up?? The sanitation concept is really bad.
8. There's no hand shower. For me as a moslem who should always keep my body clean thoroughly especially after poo or pee, it's really annoying. The jet shower only is not enough.
9. The room lighting is so poor. Supposed to be more lamps for those who needs more light.
10. The fridge is not cold enough. Yes theres explanation its a chiller not a refrigerator but I think there are a lot of hotels that using far more better fridge. Its useless.

The price was a good value. The room was comfortable and had two twin beds. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. Checking in and out was easy. Water was provided in a pitcher. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure and drainage.
The view wasn't great. I smashed a small insect and saw another of the same type at breakfast. It's so hard to keep these pests away.

1. The compliment: They provide all of my special request perfectly. The cake was so good. loved it so much 👍🏻!! they upgrade my room from deluxe to Jr. Suite without any excess 🙏🏻and last but not least, they gave alot of snacks complimented.
2. Idea: for go green support, they provide water dispenser, one of each aisle to refill the mineral water
3. Service: all staff was so kind & friendly
4. Price: room & food In affordable price
Actually not really doesn’t like, but it will better if..
1. Sign: some part of furniture better put the sign how to use/ open to prevent damage such as how to open the wardrobe (slide/ pull); toilet glass door (pull/ push) because when it pull the door will hitting the closet; water spray
2. Tissue: I totally understand to make go Green spirit. But tissue still needed not only in the bathroom. Imho, added on table beverage or office table as well
3. Swim pool: maybe for normal season its enough place to swim. But when its high season such as long holiday, it will be so crowded and just view people could swim.

perhaps you can consider to add Jajanan pasar like kuih kuih in the menu. and also can consider to have a variety of rice, for example nasi uduk, nasi merah, nasi kuning, nasi jagung.
and variety of breakfast cereal ( not only chocolate). The staff are very welcome and helpful.
everything is okay.

No kids zone, relatively small pool, the carpet inside the room didn't feel clean enough..

This has been one of our most pleasant stays. We were here for 1 week but regretted not staying for longer.
The facilities are in mint condition, the room was spacious and modern and the service was out of this world. The breakfast was very diverse, elaborate and delicious. The hotel is situated near an excellent mall and surrounded by many eateries.
But what we will remember most is the staff. We have never come across such respectful and caring people. They provided excellent service and made us question why this hotel has not been awarded 5 stars.
I was in Yogyakarta for an internship at the hospital and took a cab there every morning. The staff would check if it was the right car and made sure I was safe, which I really appreciated.
Nothing was too much to ask and they made us feel at home, but even better!
We highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stay amazing!
it was perfect

The extremely comfortable huge bed (King size) and the cleanliness of the room and hotel overall- the level of security seemed high, guests could only access their designated levels with cards i.e. no trespassing to different levels - the lobby was amazing!
The stinginess of the hotel (extra water was chargeable, extra pillows (only one pillow per guest) were chargeable, and the non-environmental friendliness of the hotel (use of plastic bottles, instead of glass bottles or providing refillable water dispenser). I could not reach the hotel on Booking.com prior to check in (and I fedback this to the hotel management). The hairdryer inside the toilet was extremely unreliable (it stops every other 3-4 minutes) and the hotel did not have any portable hairdryer as a back-up (this left me with my wet hair for the first night).
