Seule chose positive , Proche centre tout le reste je vous laisse lire

Salle de bain et toilettes commun très très sale constamment ! Tout les jours on nous dérange en nous disant qu’il faut quitter la chambre alors que nous avons une réservation pour 3 nuits . Les lits tellement inconfortables, des douleurs de dos horrible, ce tourner 20 fois dans la nuit. Bas du dos bloqué le dernier jour . Des travaux qui nous réveil très très tôt à coup de marteau piqueur ! Chaleur étouffante , pas de clime . Taxe de séjour pour 3 nuits 25€ !!!!! C’est hallucinant alors que ça a été un calvaire pour nous.

Habitaciones con ventanas sin importancia

Esta muy guapo.. Lo que no me gustó que todas las habitaciones están sin ventanas exteriores. O sea el aire (oxygène) no entra..no es bien saludable.

L'architecture du Riad et le niveau de details

Équipements délabrés , la douche pendait, porte cassée, lit cassé, chambre suite étroite. Serviettes et articles de douches non disponibles immédiatement, on a du demander.

Not worth it

I recommend to chose other riad for the same price, there r many of them near this place.

We booked a double room with one bed for couple, paid for it earlier and when we arrived they said that they dont have that room anymore and suggested to sleep in room with separated beds. They didn't even felt sorry for their own mistake to let other ppl stay longer in the room that we already paid for, also there was no internet and this riad doesn't have breakfast.

Bad ...

When I went there the reception area was nice but the room was not clean at all. Sheets looked like they had been slept on dust everywhere and blankets smelled. I left after paying and did not stay there at all...

The above I left after paying. I did not ask for a refund but it is not what is advertised at all. The rooms are tiny and it is more like a bad hostel.

Perfect location, clean, but uncomfortable beds.

Perfect location in the heart of the Medina.

The bed felt like sleeping on a rock. There was supposed to be breakfast, but after asking about it, there was none. Also no airco.

Horrible staff, no towels not even a blanket. Definitely the worst experience ever. I sincerely do not recommend it.

Great location and extremely friendly staff.

Location in the Medina was great as well as the interior. Patio on top was a great bonus as well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, but also made sure to give you space.

It got extremely hot which made it hard to sleep. Not the Riad's fault, but just know that an open window at night is not enough. The shower heads were also slightly broken and leaking.

Superb

The staff were very courteous and attentive. There were no language barriers, and the food was great. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to my friends.

Perfect space to relax

Communication with the owner was excellent. Really helped with directions that got me straight to the Riad. The facilities were good. Clean throughout and decor is modern yet keeping in Moroccan style. I loved the paintings and tiles. There was just a mixup on what a patio and balcony are. I thought of an outside space, but they were, in fact, the landing overlooking the courtyard. Thankfully, there was a roof terrace for outside space. Extra note- very noisy plumbing in my room. Staff were so kind and helpful throughout, above and beyond. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly . Thanks for the stuff , especially Soukaina . I loved this Riad , it is easy to find the location . Clean rooms and hot shower , changing towels everyday .

Great location inside the Medina.

Riad is located at the beginning of the Medina, thus easy access to the train (Tram), main road and everything else. I stayed in a suite and the room had enough room for our bags and a couch. Receptionist was friendly and helpful in providing information. A/C/fan and hot water in the shower were working fine.

In the bathroom there is a little gap (glass wall) separating the shower from the toilet, because of that some water may get stuck in the toilet part and it has to be drained with a mat. The shower part is fine because there is a normal drainage.
