Staff was nice , the valet super responsive
Lights in our room wouldn’t work / couldn’t dim lights and had to cut all lights off need rewiring or something done
9.0
The location is excellent, but not now. There is a major construction project just across a very narrow street and it is dirty, ugly, and loud and really detracts from the setting of the hotel. Very upsetting
I thought the food and the service in the restaurant were awful. Food was sub-par; service was slow and we kept having to ask for water, rolls, etc. I would never eat at that restaurant again.
9.0
Views and relaxed atmosphere.
Room service was non existent.

The room and view were amazing. I like the fact that the floors are tile. This makes it very clean.
There could be more food selections.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel was clean. The location was good.
The room had a bit of an odd smell to it and the view was a slight view of the water when sitting by the window but was mainly of the bldg next door even though I paid extra for the room with the water view.

Clean, tucked away from downtown, river view was nice.

Very clean and nice. Bar and restaurant right on the water with great sunset views. Bar drinks and food excellent.
Parking in attached under ground lot has variable pricing which was odd. On Friday night, we were quoted $100 for 24 hours (prior nights had been $30). We moved to another spot on the street, paid for 8 hours ($35) and paid again in AM at lower rate.
No daily maid service but asked for towels and coffee supplies in 2nd day that weren’t refreshed but they came when we asked again. Front desk gave us a discount at checkout for the inconvenience.

really like the hot and cold water machine on every floor. You help saved our planet. Thank you!
nothing really, maybe lower price?!

I enjoyed our view!
I believed that the room would be a bit bigger for the price...

It's right on the water which is nice, but most rooms don't face it. The hotel is OK, doesn't worth the money
The only reason I booked this hotel, and not other, less expensive options in the same area, is that it had a room with a balcony. Only when I entered the room I realized it didn't have a balcony or any outdoor space. Apparently, they didn't have a room with a balcony available, but the website wasn't updated and they didn't think of notifying me after I booked or even during check in.

Comfortable rooms and river views.
Fast breakfast option (leaving request on the door) did not work and oranges are not a practical fresh fruit for breakfast on the run.
Service in the restaurant needs work though the food itself was very good. We wandered into Falls Point which is within easy walking distance and found other great restaurants.
Great location for morning and evening walks.

Location.
Nice facilities.
The original room assigned to us was already occupied - very awkward.
Room did not have a remote for the TV; the first remote they brought us did not work. Second remote, brought on the last night of our stay, did work. Better late than never I guess.
Also, room had a balcony, but no furniture to enjoy it, unlike the other balconies next door.

I love the design of the property. The location & view is a plus

The hotel has breath-taking views and wonderful modern decor. The sun deck and fitness room were great and downstairs has a really fun loungy feel.
The restaurant has no vegan options. Not even oatmeal.

The balcony and the water view from the room I stayed at was an experience to experience.
Nothing at the moment.

A parking lot could have been closer

The hotel is in a great location, right on the water, and walking distance from the local shops, bars, and restaurants. It was very clean, always smelled very pleasant each time we entered the main lobby. I loved the decor of white and beige lighter tones, and the “open floor” layout. The rooms were spacious with everything you’d need (chairs, desk, tv, wardrobe, fridge, safe, etc). Breakfast was amazing. I believe it was some sort of “farm to table” concept. All in all it was a great hotel for the price, and I plan to revisit again.

The views from the room were fantastic. we asked for a room on the river side because the harbor side looks over construction right now. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. looks like it is relatively new with modern industrial style furnishings.
breakfast was good, a la carte. nice water views from the restaurant.
The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant, except for our waitress who was surly. I can’t fault the hotel for one staff member.
They didn’t give us the restaurant credit until we asked, so be sure to check the bill when checking out. The method for the included breakfast is complicated, with an up charge that is refunded at checkout.
I would stay here again.

location
For almost $400 a night the room didn’t have a microwave. actually after going down to the lobby the front desk staff told me they didn’t have microwaves At All. Like nowhere in the hotel WOW. A newly built hotel at the harbor @ $400 per night didn’t have a microwave for their guests was unbelievable to me.

The views to the room was amazing and the decor was very modern and relaxing
They are doing construction directly across from the hotel. We had a balcony room so that ruined it. The balcony does not have any privacy as all balcony rooms are on the 9th floor and rooms are directly above the balconies. The restaurant was really good but pricey and they were running out of everything.
