The only bad thing I have to say is Parking sucked but street parking is free on the weekend but other than that everything was great! The staff were all so nice and helpful. The hotel smelled nice and the rooms were clean.
The neighborhood was a little sketch and parking was awful

Literally nothing
It was really dirty, not cleaned in a while. The hairdryer was missing. The staff was not friendly. Someone was smoking non stop and room was smelling like cigarets.

Your staff was friendly, very professional and attentive. I felt welcomed and safe my entire stay
Maybe Breakfast could offer more, especially butter for waffles and toast

1st upon arrival an checking in had to pay up front going in room toilet had poop in it rug was torn chair had 1 wheel cabinet was broken drawers was broken tub had cracks in it elevator had expired papers in it was all around a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
2.5 / 5.0
Front desk staff was a little rude, I went to check in and all she told me was "five minutes" and pointed to the couch for me to sit. I noticed a "quiet time" sign in the elevator that threatened to charge me for any noises I made and potentially compensate other guests. However, that didn't stop everyone on my entire floor from slamming their doors at all hours of the night, and from obviously smoking weed in their rooms (the whole hallway smelled). My room door did not close all the way and needed to be pushed shut tightly every time. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. The TV is outdated and needs to be Smart TV in this age for genuine entertainment, not just basic cable. Neighborhood was very questionable, with people asking for money and hustling products right outside the door.

The location is unsafe. The breakfast is quite sad. It's very noisy all the time. Just one towel for a couple (it wasn't a one-time thing as we were 2 couples).
