It’s a beautiful hotel
I had reservations for a king bed but we ended up with a room with 2 beds. Not what I wanted I was with my husband. But we had a great time
4.0
Room view of the harbor, breakfast was good. Location was good.
Paying for parking, small pool. Waiting in line to be seated for breakfast longer than expected.

No microwave in my room

Room was nice. Clean. Good location. Great staff
Bathroom- had to have someone fix the sink hot water handle- could barely move it. The sink faucet is high so that when you wash your face it’s right there at your nose. The end of the vanity is like 3 feet from the mirror- hard to see when you’re putting on makeup. The toilet flush works well - but it’s loud. No body lotion.
4.5
the size of hotel as well as room.
no fuss checking in early
Great staff and service
All good

The location of this property was perfect. Short walk to many restaurants and shopping at the inner harbor and also a short walk to the baseball stadium.
The WiFi was down for 1 of the 3 days we stayed at this property and I was planning on working from the hotel. There was a plumbing issue and the water got turned off on our entire floor for several hours. Lastly, we got stuck in an elevator one evening and it took quite a while to get out. Not the best experience.
3.5
Nice staff and reasonable service
No house keeping in one day
Soap, shower cap and body lotion were not automatically provided. We have to ask to get them.
The borrowed umbrellas were broken. Someone should check and repair them before giving to customers

The location was great and the restaurant was perfect
The property was fine. However, the Bathroom was in need of an update.
2.5
The view was beautiful at night.
The beds were uncomfortable. The room was clean, but the style seemed to be very dated. The bathroom was toilet was too low and looked like a public toilet.

The valet was attentive, the front desk staff were also attentive.
1- Our reservation (made in advance) was given to another guest, so we did not get a Harbor View, we got a view of a brick wall. We were supposed to a refund for the error, but never received any credit from the Hyatt after promised by the front desk. 2 - In our room after we checked in was a used hairy bar of soap in the shower, and it was not cleaned. 3 - Every night in the middle of the night attempts were made to charge our AMEX card hundred of dollars, which I had to flag right away, notified the front desk, and I was told that "it happens sometimes" it's an accounting error. "I'll bring up your concerns to finance department. 4 - There are signs all over relative to a rooftop bar, (with a special elevator) that doesn't exist.

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was out dated very small lighting was dim
There was hair in the towels dirt was on the tails no hand sanitizer as it stated it would be some
2.5
The location was excellent. Close to a lot of attractions downtown
They charge you to park ($45) in the parking garage. This was not explained to me at check in. Our room key did not work when we to go to our room after exploring downtown. It took 3 trips to the front desk and eventually after waiting on security for about 45 mins, we finally got in our room. The sensor in the door was bad.
3.5
Clean and close to the city center
Lack of amenities such as water kettle, broken and old fashion hair dryer
4.5
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They gave the extra effort to make us welcome and give us ideas of where to go.
Pool was smaller than it appeared to be in photos. It was busy and a bit crowded on a later afternoon on a Saturday.

Staff was very hospitalable and friendly. Management can learn something from them.
Indicated to the hotel that we would have a 8pm to 9pm arrival time. Management gave up our Inner harbor view room to other guests.
3.0
The close proximity to the Inner Harbor. It is right off of 395.
Our room did not have a phone. I asked the front desk staff for one. When the staff person came to our room, we were told that there were no additional phones available to be placed in our room. What happened to the phone that was there? I also asked the front desk staff for an additional towel and washcloth that never came from the housekeeping staff. My wife went to the front desk the next morning to get them. At breakfast, I was charged for my family’s meal. I paid and then went to the front desk because I had breakfast included on the rooms I booked. I explained the situation a d was directed to the manager of the restaurant and the charge was reversed. The staff was very professional, helpful, pleasant, and accommodating.

When I booked the room, I requested a king bed and a pull out to accommodate 3 person family. Unfortunately, there was no additional beds available so our daughter had to sleep with us. Also, the air conditioner was not able to keep up and never cooled the room lower than 73. Our sleep (or what little we got) was very hot and crowded.
