Location to Camden Yards
Trying to get a drink or something to eat at the hotel bar. It seems that there wasn’t enough staff to handle the amount of people. The bar staff just ignored people in line waiting to order.

From the moment we walked in the door we were “in love”. This hotel was everything you want when traveling. We were seeing a show at the Hippadrone and it was just a short walk. The staff was exceptional! They had coffee, a bar and restaurant! The bed was super comfy! Overall fabulous stay!
More free hersheys kisses 😉

The location is really good and the staff is nice and helpful
The rooms were very old, and the air conditioner kept making a strange and really, really loud noise the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and it would come and go every other minute. Really awful
8.0
It’s a little antiquated, but otherwise a good hotel. It’s also getting remodeled soon. There’s a convenient 7/11 nearby.
Nothing really.

The location was a 5minute walk for the CFG Arena which was great!
The room was turned over right before we checked in. House keeping was out of many items and little things like toiletries (hand soap) , trash bags, laundry bags etc was missing. When we ask for items we were told the hotel was out of items. The house keeper advised just to put the trash in the can with no bag.

Everything was very nice. We were checking in for a Baltimore orioles baseball game so the line was very very very very long to check in. However, the staff did their best to make people comfortable.

This is always my preferred place to stay for games... Not any more.. Due to a booking.com website error I was trying to book check in on 26 and out on the 27th...on booking.com if you do too much navigating the date defaults the check in day to the current day... So what got booked was check in on the 19th and out on the 20th... Mind you this happened on the 19th at 1145 pm...of course I was a no show on the 19th. I could've been right outside and not made it let alone 2 hours away... I did not even realize the error... I knew it was a book now pay when you stay booking. The next day I noticed I had been charged already and called booking.com...I asked why I was charged already when it was a book now pay later reservation... I told them I was booked to check in on the 26th.... That's when they said oh the check in date was the 19th....That is when I realized what happened... I have noticed before the check in day will always reverts back to current day and I have almost booked current day accidentally in the past but caught it... But not this time. ... Booking.com contacted the hotel multiple times asking to move my booking to the correct date or refund me so I could rebook. They have not replied at all and I am now having to dispute the charge with my bank.

Room was clean and ready as soon as we checked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Long line to check in but staff did accommodate the wait and the line moved quickly.

Location to ballpark
It was way overpriced for what you received $350 for 1 night is robbery with zero add ons buffet for breakfast $50 for 2 is a joke this property has forgotten the customer as I managed there in 1993 when Marriott was the standard not anymore

nothing
you people that work there disrespect

Location to Park and Arena
Hotel is out dated. Too expensive for the appearance and a musty smell. The staff at both eateries were beyond rude. As tho we offended by even coming in, especially the female in the Brick Oven. Paying for parking is ridiculous. I paid $600 for 2 nights and don’t get free parking. Not the Marriott standards I thought I was paying for.

Great location and attached restaurant was super.
The lack of amenities like free coffee and daily towel/trash pickup.
5.0
The close proximity to the event I was attending, friendly and helpful staff
Our tub drain was clogged, didn't realize until late at night when came time to use it. No attendees in the marketplace to check out merchandise, had to wait in long check in line to pay. The mattress was flat and felt like a thin air mattress.

It was located in a convenient location.
I didn't dislike anything

Lobby was nice and the bar...I like how late they stayed open, that was great.
I booked a room three months in advanced for 4 people and 2 double beds. When we arrived they said they were out of doubles and just said "sorry" and sent us to a room with one bed and pull out couch that was DISGUSTING. We went back to complain because it was unacceptable and then they magically found us a room with double beds? Very frustrating and no one wanted to help or deal with it. One employee I was working things out with let me explain everything and then told me she couldn't help me because she was only housekeeping and left. When a manager came out and I told her that she said that lady was not just housekeeping that she was also another manager. I found that so disrespectful and unprofessional.

location and friendly staff
Parking… after a day of exploring and so much walking we got back to the hotel (where we were already guests and already had a parking pass) to a full garage. I had very tired kids in the car and that was the last thing we needed. they overbook the parking lot on game days or when there is a concert or event.

We attended a concert at CFG Bank and were within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful as the Hotel was extremely busy

I didn’t like nothing at all
the staff are very rude I got put out of my room because of somebody else room was busy with confusing I had 4 people in my room 2 people came back to get there stuff they put us out for wrong info

The location was across the street from the convention centre, so very convenient. The restaurant was decent with good choices for breakfast.
This hotel is in need of renovation. I couldn't sleep well as the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. For the price and the brand, this left me wondering how low Marriott can go. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a good night's sleep.

The hotel was very accessible to other attractions. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the views from my room.
I had to change rooms after my first night as they room I assigned had a strong smoke smell. The second room was just slightly better. I don't know if it's age of the rooms (older furniture and carpets) but things just smelled dank.

location was great
there was no way to control air in the room and the temperature changed from extreme heat to cold.

Staff accommodated every request promptly and happily. We were very appreciative of their outgoing personalities and, if we return to Baltimore, will return to this Marriott.
We loved everything!
