I enjoyed the continental breakfast, the friendly staff and the comfortable environment.
There was not anything I did not like.
5.0 / 5.0
Room was clean. Heather was very friendly and patient .
4.0 / 5.0
The location and security guard at night
The fact that only one elevator was working. The breakfast could have been a bit different too.
4.5 / 5.0
The 4th floor room we stayed in had lovely high ceilings and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the showers.
Elevators are very old and bathrooms could do with some updating. The included breakfast was not great and the breakfast option next door was overpriced.
3.0 / 5.0
Staff was friendly and helpful
The toilet in my original room ran every 5minutes
There was a water leak in the ceiling in my original room.
I was efficiently moved to another room. the toilet ran every 15 minutes. The A/C Fan unit was super loud and it sound like rats were crawling up and down the inside of the walls.
3.0 / 5.0
The staff. Though overworked, understaffed, they remained friendly and willing to help.
The lack of staff meant only the minimum could be done, especially for breakfast: they ran out of coffee, juice, and even milk in no time and it took forever for anything to be brought it at all.
You might want to check the elevators, I'm surprised no one got stuck in there.

Walking area around property was neat and tidy
Walking the dog was nice.
A complaint was made to front desk about the huge (at least 20+ young adults) party next door to us.
Nothing was done to follow up and have them stop! The hallway and room next to ours had people smoking weed, drinking, laughing, yelling, banging on doors, walls etc. At one point there were 5 young girls directly outside our door, leaning up against our door. The door was constantly banging, we were kept awake and had to keep the pup quiet!!
When I went down to front desk to have it addressed, there were 10 young people coming from the room next to us! TEN! And that wasn't even close to the number of people left in the hallway and the room
The noise could be heard clearly from the elevator so there would be no excuse as to why hotel staff "didn't hear it" once arriving on the third floor.
Nothing was addressed about the noise or the number of people in the room and hallway. The smell from the weed was rank in the hallway and into our room.
