Location, location location! Close to the CFG Arena for show. Great lobby and valet staff!
Need updates to bathrooms and wall outlets. All floor ice machines were out of order. Bathrooms need fans, beds need new pillows and room a/c did not get cool enough.

The bed was comfortable, room and linens clean. Good water pressure.
The fixed shower head was very short. Im 5'6" and it was right above my scalp. If i was 5'8" it would have hit me in the head. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The windows were locked in place. The ice machines weren't working, had to get ice at the bar.

The location and bed!
The $35 fee to check in early! No complimentary morning coffee. The shower was very dated.

It was a beautiful old hotel, situated within walking distance of Inner Harbor. The room was clean and suitable to our needs. Staff were always very friendly.
We needed to request towels, washcloths and toilet paper and even after asking twice we had to go to the front desk to get the wash cloths. Then we waited at the front desk 15 minutes until someone came to help. (This was the only time we had an issue with someone at the front desk.)

high cost of valet parking.

Location is cool - walkable distance from the Harbour with a lot of shops and restaurants
The room is ok but the bathroom was atrocious- so outdated and bathroom tile filled with mildew (gross). I requested things from housekeeping- no response. And had a hard time contacting room service as well -will not return to this hotel (not worth it)

I love the Lord Baltimore and always stay there when I am in town. it’s a magnificent historic hotel, located in the middle of things. Staff were helpful and apologetic, but the heat drove us away.
unseasonably hot temperatures drove us away, as the hotel’s A/C systems were not yet online.

I loved the room, it was so nicely cleaned and presented, the bed was comfortable and the room was incredibly spacious.
very good and central location with a lot of history to the building + a good onsite gym, laundry and coffee shop
shower was a little old and could do with a more modern refiit but it was clean and worked fine so fit for purpose as it is!
only thing I could flaw with the property is that it still uses disposable shampoo / soaps and could potentially take a more eco friendly approach in the future.

All the staff were professional, considerate, and helpful Andrew Robonson was very attentive and created ease when I was beginning to stress.
There was parking but but at cost with valet. It was not in my budget. as I am just relocating .
