About this cottage rental

Folly View is a luxurious barn conversion which has been creatively renovated to accommodate 12+2 guests across six well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The downstairs space is plentiful with an open plan kitchen and dining space which opens out onto a large patio, home to a wood fired hot tub where you can enjoy views across the farm and countryside. Beyond the comfort of the barn, Camden Farm hosts plenty of activities for all to enjoy from paddle boarding, BBQ's along the river Thames and table football.

Goose is located indoors during the winter months in Hub barn, a space which can be used for rainy day activities with use of a ping pong table and on request, the barn can be heated

Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 14 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by four additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 6 cars
2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
Events are not permitted without prior consent

Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Arrivals between Monday 16th September and Saturday 12th October 2025 will require 10 days’ notice to ensure the properties can be made ready

Folly View was a wonderful place to stay , perfect for a large family with plenty of space and every facility that could be wished for . Although we live in the country , we were struck by the immense peace of the location and such wonderful views all around . For four short days we really were in another world ! The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cater for everyone and we made the most of the BBQ , the hot tub , the games room and even went paddle boarding on the river close by us . Hopefully we can return one day !

My daughter came on holiday from Australia so the family got together. We had a wonderful few days despite the weather. Folly View is a beautiful place. Everything so spacious and modern. Very well but equipped. We didn't get to use the hot tub as we didn't have time to light it. But everything else was brilliant. The Cotswolds is a lovely place to travel around too.

We stayed at Folly View to celebrate a big birthday. There were 10 adults, a toddler, a baby and a dog. The accommodation was ideal for us as each bedroom had a bathroom. The living space was also excellent with a big dining table and a lounge with lots of seating. The kitchen contained plenty of the necessary equipment to cook for that number and the necessary cutlery and crockery for us all. We really enjoyed the hot tub, games in the garden, the walk to the river and a birthday barbeque. The welcome pack was lovely and the attention to detail was impressive. It really made the time together special.

We all had a great time at Folly View, everything you could possibly need was provided. Really lovely communal spaces, inside and outside. Comfy beds and good linen. Very clean and decorated to a high standard. We're all tempted to book again!

Large spacious house with all ensuite or private bathrooms/shower rooms. Nicely furnished. Games room on site with table football and table tennis plus board games. Grassy garden space.
