would stay again

very clean and comfortable nice touches with t bags sugar washing up liquid plenty of toilet roll single beds great idea as it was 4 males sharing

loose plug in kitchen near smart meter dangerous no tea towel to dry up with no shower curtin but hooks where there so maybe just forgotten or we didn't see it did look in cupboards bathroom window needs fixing open so bathroom didn't gill with steam while having shower luckily manage put it back in place

Not a nice place to stay as very tired, musty smelling and no shower.

Very little like. The sofa was comfy but not enough seating for four people

Old bedding. No shower just hand held for hair which you had to use to wash yourself. Bath taps loose and coming away from bath. No bathmat. Shiwer rail with rings but no curtain.Only two bath towels. No tea towel. 1 cereal bowel. Frayed carpets. Dirty doors. Broken shelf in the fridge. No ironing board. No beside lamps. Wardrobe broken in 2nd room so unable to open so no storage for clothes at all as no other furniture in room. Mirror taped up with brown tape.smelt very musty

Good accommodation outside of town

The sofa bed was not big enough to sleep two adults which meant one of us had to sleep on the floor. The sofa bed was also very unstable which resulted in the person sleeping on it to get tipped off in the night

House in bad condition and dirty bedding, will not be staying again

The bed was made but not clean on arrival which we find disgusting. The house was in a bad condition and not recently refurbished as listed.

good for the money

The light were an amazing feature to the property.

The fact it was mean to be a 6 bed, the sofa bed didn’t even fit one person. Also it was broken and kept tipping over.

Good cosy home stay

Cosy home. Everything was easily accessible for my parents who have mobility problems

The beds were quite old and springy. The sofa wasn't comfortable to sleep for the 5th person. I am not sure how a 6th person can be accommodated as advertised.

The location is great 3 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and 6 min walk to another .There are parking spaces on the street.The house is clean and spacious.

Great stay at a clean and tidy property.

This property was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Bus station into the city centre was close and easy to navigate.

eventful! but would stay there again

spacious, clean, well set-out, quiet road, easy to park, close to a corner shop

we had an issue with the beds caused by a previous guest. once the owner was informed he acted immediately to rectify the situation

location was fine, parking was ok

I’m sorry but there was a damp, musty smell to the house, the shower curtain was dirty with mildew and damp along the floor of the bathroom. huge black marks across the wall. one of the beds in the bedroom was broken or in very bad shape and the “ sofa bed “ was diabolical, you couldn’t even lean on it without it tipping over, uncomfortable and unusable, there was a plug in air freshener which was empty although that wouldn’t of made much difference. overall we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this property

property was clean and furnished to a good standard and included white goods for us to us if needed. property was safe and secure with locks on doors and windows. location was quiet and convenient store within walking distance.
