Very pleasant overnight stay. Ate in the hotel and food was good.
Room was clean and comfortable. One of the chairs was in a very shabby condition and took the look from an otherwise fine area.

Excellent hotel for ease into city and perfect location for marathon

Location is good, comfortable hotel, big rooms. I would suggest to clean the floor more accurately

Hotel was very clean and had all the amenities you expect from a hotel. The staff at the restaurant were a stand out for me, such amazing customer service!

Very welcoming staff accommodated a need without hesitation. Very comfortable room.

Great location

The staff was friendly, but did not give all details. The cleaning staff seemed to hang out in front of our rooms along with their cleaning supplies, so we saw them everytime we entered or left the room. I would not stay there again.

I wouldn't deter anyone not to stay there. They are doing renovations and some mornings the painters were right outside the door. We were staying there to see a college American football game. The game was over after 8pm and when we went to eat at the hotel the restaurant was closed. This isn't the first year they held a College football game so it would have been nice if they extended their restaurant hours. The restaurant staff was amazing and we did enjoy them when we dined there. There were wheels on the bed and we were on hard wood floors. Other than that, the rooms were fine and we did enjoy our time there.

Walkable from the station , very clean comfortable and quiet

Check-in was anything but the friendly Irish welcome we received everywhere else we travelled in Ireland. I don't know why the concierge seemed annoyed having to check us in. You'd be hard pressed to find an Irish person within walking distance, so if you're going for an authentic experience this might not be the place. Perhaps if traveling for business, it's fine. Oh, the heat was on full blast with no way to turn it off, and the double set of windows only opened a bit with no draft.

Enjoyed this hotel. Great location to walk to places. Traveling alone I felt safe.

Really nice room, however there was a terrible sewer gas smell in the bathroom all three days.

Not bad, but the cleanliness to improve

Hotel was ok but not so sure about cleanliness. Lots of dark hair in the bathroom that was never cleaned and not our.
Beds comfortable. Quiet and good location.

Lovely breakfast, big rooms and staff are very attentive.

Very basic hotel. Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and frame moved all over the place. It got quite hot at times and it didn’t have AC to mitigate that.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. Possibly the worst scrambled eggs I’ve had.
Some positives include friendly staff, good coffee & bar, parking on site.
Basic stay.

Good location for the stay, slightly off the beaten path but still within walking distance of the popular sites. The breakfast was decent, the main issue we had was that the room was a tad bit hot and the train station was nearby so it was quite loud during the day. Our room looked over the main road so the road traffic through the night was a bit tough but they had fans and that helped with the noise and the heat. The staff was nice, they provided everything we asked for.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good! The room was hot and there was noise and smell from the kitchen fans. The property is a bit run down. The handle on the bathroom door was falling off and the chair’s vinyl was cracked and peeling. They did have renovations going on in the hallway and common areas.

Room was lovely, clean & well presented. Staff very welcoming on arrival & friendly. Plenty local shops & cafes near to the hotel.

Very convenient area in Dublin and the rooms were well-appointed, but unfortunately our stay overall was less than ideal. Neither of our party's rooms were airconditioned (although some of the rooms in the hotel are) and they ran out of fans. My husband and I were on the third floor facing an interior courtyard, so we could get some relief from open windows, but our moms' room was on the first floor facing the street, so they got poor sleep all three nights due to extensive noise. Luckily, the heat is probably not an issue most of the year (we were there in July). Our stay was also poorly timed as the hotel was doing a lot of interior updates (painting, repairs, etc.), which I appreciate that the property has to do at some point; we just happened to be staying there when we needed to dodge workmen and step over materials left in the hallways. The issue that we feel should be addressed is that the front desk staff was unfriendly and appeared rushed during check-in (even though no other guests were waiting) and later seemed "put out" when we asked for help with some room issues (TV not working in one room and bathroom lights not staying on in another room).

Great location!

Everything was very good about the hotel, it was clean, the staff was friendly and the area was not bad.
The only reasons I didn't give a 5, but rather a 4 are that the location is a little off the beaten path (it was great for us) and that it was quite minimalistic in what they provided (no fridge, or microwave in the room, the shower lacked a closing door).
The restaurant on premise is very good, great breakfast and dinner.
Anyway, I definitely recommend this hotel for any type of visitor, it is a very good deal for the money.

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. The hotel also looks great, the room was comfortable, and most importantly, the bed was the most comfortable we've slept in for our almost 6 week trip across Europe. Good location even though we could've been closer to the center but it was easy to park here (15 Euros a day at their garage).

Great location and clean, classy rooms. Went for a friends trip and after requesting they were able to provide us with interconnecting rooms, which were great as we were a larger group.

Staff was pleasant upon arrival. Unfortunately, our room was dirty (eg. food splatter on the wall in clear sight). The bathroom sink faucet was loose and detached from the sink. We asked for another room and the staff was helpful. The assistant manager showed me another room which appeared to be better. Unfortunately, the bathroom garbage was still from a previous guest and the bed sheet had a dirty mark/stain on it. To top it off, the shower water temp wouldn’t change and we had to have rather hot showers. We were extremely frustrated, as we were very uncomfortable, which didn’t get the Dublin portion of our trip off to a good start.

We had booked two rooms for 2 nights. The hotel was apparently busy and they gave us 2 rooms at the ground floor; one was windowless and the other on had a window looking at some inside space of the hotel. A few issues arise here.
1. I d understand if it was actually a busy weekend and they gave us one bad room. But getting two bad rooms is poor hotel management.
2. they shoudl stop moneitising altogether from that windowless room, it s ridiculous, turn it to a storage room. It was a very grim affair
Also, the floors werent mopped properly and my feet were getting dirty when walking barefoot.

Had a great time in the double room for our few days in Dublin. We were a 20-25 minute walk from most things near Temple Bar, and we were also conveniently located right near a bus stop. There was also a Centra and Tesco Express nearby for easy access to food! Overall the room was very clean and comfortable!

The property could use some TLC and upgrades.

The parking was very limited wih spaces barely big enough for small vehicles. The toilet didn't function properly.

Second stay at this hotel. Will continue coming back.

Front desk staff tried to be as accommodating as possible!- allowed early check in after an overnight flight
