Perfect place. Great service

Stunning property. The shuttles runs constantly to and from town which was super convenient.

Wonderful last minute stay!

Everything was great except on property dining options / no room service.

From the amazing valet to Beth the bartender and Ashton the consierge everything was above and beyond. As parents they made all of us feel relaxed, important and best service I have had in Vail. Other hotels (Four Seasons) need to take notes from them! Will absolutely come back.

An amazing place to stay in Vail. Accommodations were excellent, staff was friendly, location was perfect. Truly wonderful all around.

Perfect for multi generational family.

In my room, as long as there is a little WiFi signal in the TV room, other than that, the entire room cannot communicate with the outside world!

The property is really nice. Only complaints were the beds were awful and the frequent changes in temperature in the room. You’d expect luxury at a Ritz but they skimped on the mattress. You could feel the springs coming through. The property itself is nice and the pool was great.

Incredible home away from home for a family weekend away. Our unit was spacious, clean, and very well stocked, including the kitchen. A couple of (very comfortable!) pull out sleeping options meant everyone had a quiet place to themselves.
Location in Lions Head is a short walk to the village. We visited during off season, so there were no full service dining/bar options available on site, and not much was open in the village. It's a beautiful and quiet time of year, but required some extra prep for meals. Plan accordingly! Parking is valet only, and expensive.

We always enjoy staying at a Ritz Property. We have stayed here before. The property could use a little updating as far as the lobby and interior are concerned. We visited several other similar properties during our stay and in the morning they had coffee and tea for the guests in the lobby as well as ice water. The Ritz charged over $20.00 per smores kit for each child. Other hotels offered complimentary kits.Cookies are put out at 3:00pm however you have to go to the ski storage next door to get them. These are the "little things" that you expect form a luxury property, Our condo was very nice however the dresser in the bedroom was not stable and the drawers were close to breaking. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and came every other day. We had to request towels twice as there were only one set of towels (for 2 people) in each bathroom. Ashton at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. There were several times when we requested the shuttle service and it took a long time to pick us up. We were aware that the shuttle was parked at The Ritz and not servicing other guests. Overall, our stay at The Ritz was very nice and we would return again.

We were in unit #217. I was absolutely blown away!
There was an extra den which we did not expect, and the wraparound balcony was shockingly beautiful!
It was an extreme treat to get to stay here! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

An amazing residence. You never feel like you are staying in a hotel while in the residence - it is like a spacious home - well built and quiet with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Awesome 3 bedroom 4 bathroom unit was more than enough space for our family of 7. The staff is amazing and quick to respond to our every request. The only bummer was the internet in this unit wasn't working. The fix was to use the internet from the units underneath and above us. It worked some of the time and didn't work in parts of our unit.

Fireplace in the unit was broken and there wasn’t staff to fix it. It was snowing all day and it was very disappointing to try and turn on the fireplace and find out it didn’t work. We called to the front desk and they had someone come look at it. They said they didn’t have anyone to fix it. The fireplace was one of the reasons we chose this unit.

Room, staff, and location were amazing. The team really cares for the guests and goes out of there way to make sure of that.

Great location 5 min walk to the ski lift, convenient ski locker and shop at base of ritz with quick shuttle ride to Lionshead. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk (or 8 min shuttle ride) to vail village but we mostly stayed in Lionshead. Great 3 bedroom residence, nice bar with food and s’mores, and hot tub/pool.

This was a really nice stay. It was quiet easy and very helpful when questions came up!

Very nice staff and excellent vail property. Looks and feels like all the other high end resorts in town. No real restaurant on site but there are so many options right nextdoor it doesn’t matter. The two bedroom condo plus den was very spacious and absolutely accommodates 4 adults .

Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. Beautiful property and condo. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Our two bedroom private residence had a full kitchen with all the kitchen utensils and pots and pans, steam shower in the main bedroom, heated floors in master bathroom, huge fold out couch, two comfortable beds inn2nd bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, a gas fireplace with a fan, wrap around patio, dinning room area with a huge circle table and floor to glass ceilings all around, and last but not least a Nespresso maker (and regular coffee maker). Staff was incredible they out there entire trip. Really well done property. Someone is doing it very right here.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom residence for our wedding week and everything was perfect. Everybody in the hotel staff was so friendly and amazing, from the front desk to the valet team they all made us feel so special. Could not ask for a better stay.

Excellent service. Beautiful facility, great location.

Hotel residences were nice with spacious rooms. Evening live music was nice. A little dated and daily cleaning was not offered. Great location.

Amazing .. as always.

I did not like the condo we stayed in (#308). Many things were broken or did not work. On the day we arrived, I requested that a window shade in the living room be fixed because it blocked the view of the mountains. On the third day it was still not fixed, and when I went to the property manager's office they had no record of the original request.

Beautiful room. Rude front desk. Concierge never returned calls or helped with any bookings.

The hotel was great, service amazing. The apt was a little dated and we were told it is scheduled to be updated.

The property is centrally located. Easy access to everything and shuttle service is exceptional.

😃 staff were very assistive and the room was amazing. Gewat mountain luxury feel.

Room was amazing with plenty of space and a great kitchen. Steam shower was relaxing and we loved having DVD players with each tv. Easy walk to Lionshead village and great pool area, too. Only shortfall was the bed was a bit too soft for my taste.
2.5
Beautiful place with exceptional staff within walking distance to Lionshead, vail village and the gondola. Everything about our trip was made so easy with the staff on hand. The condo was very spacious for our party of 6. It was technically a 2 bedroom but had another private room with a pull out sofa making it extremely comfortable for our family.
2.5
What a wonderful property with fantastic staff! Everyone from the front desk, concierge, ski valet to the shuttle drivers were friendly and went out of their way to help. They made our family ski trip one to never forget!

Stayed here for a few nights in the Fall en route to SW Colorado. This was my first time at The Residences. This place delivered the same stellar service that we've come to expect when we stay at RC but with a luxury " punch" as far as space and attention to details. Just a beautiful property. I don't require luxe digs when I'm out riding or skiing. I like the out of doors and when I'm there I don't need 5 star. However, it's difficult not to enjoy the facilities and the staff here. Stay here. Use the pool. Use the fantastic workout facility - perfect but for the loud out-of-shape lady more interested in blathering on than working out. Super staff.
Spot - awn. This is the best place to stay at Vail.
