The house was exceptional; clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Loved all the artwork and books! Neighborhood was quiet and safe, close to everything we needed for our visit. Communication with the property owners was quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

This house was everything it was advertised to be; it was immaculate, a comfortable neighborhood, close to everything and we loved our stay. Will definitely stay here again in future if it’s available.

Overall, the small home was a good place for us to stay. It was close or central to all our family activities. I enjoyed access to parking in the garage. The small kitchen was neat. The bathrooms were tidy. Instructions provided were limited to what was communicated via email. An in-house instruction book would have been helpful for communicating how to access internet, use the Roku TVs, check-out instructions, etc. I think some repairs could be made to the property - remounting the toilet paper holder and caulking the tub in the master bath, better shower curtains or rods to help keep the water in the shower in both bathrooms, replacing or fixing the hall bathroom fan, checking outdoor door seals like the front door threshold, etc. The kitchen could use some wash cloths for wiping surfaces. It was a good thing we brought our own soap and shampoo because none was provided. There was adequate hand soap at each of the sinks however. The house was kept cool so it was comfortable. The bedding was fine and there was an additional blanket on each bed. Overall, we were happy to have a place to stay that was so convenient to all the activities we had going on. Thank you.

Our stay was in a great area and close to everything we had planned on doing. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely chose this house again!

The home is very nice in a quiet neighborhood and good location. Check-in process and communication were good. There were a couple of maintenance issues including a pocket door to the Primary bathroom/shower that wouldn’t close and an incomplete set of dishes, even for two guests. The host has said the issues we encountered will be addressed.

We were very comfortable in this home. It is well stocked and the owner was very responsive. The large garage and laundry room were nice to have. It’s close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet and private.

The house is exactly as pictured. There's also a cute little backyard with a nice patio set. We were able to park our car inside the garage, which was great for us - we could leave our golf club bags in the car and not worry about them being stolen. The bathroom towels are super soft and fluffy. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. The couch in the living room was very comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay for almost a week. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay! The home was lovely and the neighborhood was very nice & very quiet. We especially liked being able to garage the rental vehicle. As usual the weather was awesome. The only negative about our visit was its duration; wish it could have been longer.

Casa Klimt exceeded our expectations. The home was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our three-night stay, and had an enclosed outdoor space, which made it easy to have our dog along for the trip. Communication with Ed was clear and timely. We would happily stay at Casa Klimt again on future visits to Albuquerque!

The property was so clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick get away and down time. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in New Mexico to the utmost. The house was lovely, very well maintained and so clean. Hope to come back in the Fall.

The Garage is a nice plus. The house feels like home. We stayed four days and enjoyed every minute; we even learned how to use Roku. The property was well kept and very modern.

Home location & set up was super nice. Quiet neighbourhood & sitting out on the patio was peaceful w/ local wildlife to watch: hummingbirds, road runners, lizards, & an acrobatic neighbour cat. Great & easy communication with owners. Overall really great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is the perfect size, has 2 king beds and 2 baths….everything we needed for 2 couples to have space. The backyard was cozy and neighborhood so quiet. Communication with the owner was very easy. This is a great place to stay.

This Oso Grande property was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and the surrounding area as well. The separated bedrooms would be a perfect setup if I would have had additional guests. The property manager was very quick to reply to any questions.
