'Broadway' is a fantastic converted Barn - spacious well equipped and comfortable. Lots of separate spaces to utilize and a well equipped kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm, despite staying in December. The Wife worked well in the man lounge but only in the main lounge so a booster would be helpful. But we had a great time and the views across open countryside are spectacular.

The property is perfect for what we were after - lots of friends and family coming together for a few days away. The location is ideal. Rural enough to feel in the countryside but local enough to towns and villages. Overall, excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect for a large group such as ours. Ages ranged from 4 months to 80 years, the outdoor gardens and meadow were great for the youngsters, and the were all very nice.

We had a lovely stay, the house was in a good location.
All facilities were good with lots of space for everyone to spread around. There was 15 of us and had to juggle the sleeping arrangements as the occupancy is more towards having a baby in a cot or very young children sharing.
Overall we had a great weekend and I would recommend it!

Wonderful accommodation in countryside setting. Only a few miles to all the places to see eg Bourton on the water, Stow on the wold and Jeremy Clarksons farm. If you are unfortunate to have wet weather then the is a games room and badminton court in a barn.

The property was beautiful with lots of room in the gardens for the children, safely contained. Bedrooms and living rooms were lovely; family meals were taken round the long table; the kitchen was well equipped. Property owners helpful and welcoming. Hope to return.

The house was clean & very comfortable and was as seen in the photographs and Mark was friendly and helpful. The heating does struggle a little, as has been said in other reviews, but, despite a cold snap while we were there, we were warm enough with the use of the additional portable heaters that are provided. The house is actually on an estate of a dozen or so holiday lets of various sizes so there are close neighbours and the games room and grounds are shared. There is plenty to do and see in this very pretty area and lots of choice for places to eat and drink. We preferred to eat in and had no problem getting supermarket and takeaway deliveries.

An excellent property which was able to accommodate all 14 of us quite easily. The only slight issue was that it took a while to heat up on the Friday evening, but by Saturday morning it was toastie!

There were 16 of us ranging from 9 to 75. The property was clean and we were able to access before the appointed hour. It would have been helpful to have the actual name of our part, although having said that it was the only one to have that much accommodation. Being February it was quite cold but the storage heaters did their best. There was plenty of room if anyone wanted a 'time-out' and the large kitchen-diner seated us all easily. Mark was on site each day although we didn't require his help. All in all a very relaxing time for four strands of the family, living in three different countries at present

Property needs a refurb and Although I understand that this couple of years have been difficult there is no excuse for some of the issues with the property. Only 2 usable showers!! Also gas fires. One of which kept going out and the smell of gas was extremely worrying. Is it even legal to use this type of heating in a rental property?

The cottage was fine, it needs a fair bit of TLC and it’s not quite as nice as the photos sadly. The property was clean as long as you didn’t look too closely in some areas. The property is heated using electric storage heaters so it’s rather on the cold side, the WiFi is pretty poor and the building is rather drafty. Mark the host was really nice and super friendly.
The cottage is spacious and easily fits several families
The grounds are really well looked after and the games room was loved by the kids!

We had a great weekend and loved loads about this property. It was in a stunning location and had wonderful and flexible downstairs space and amenities. However we had a few complaints.
1. bedroom 7 was windowless and airless. It needs an air conditioning unit or a window installed. I was due to sleep in this room but my sister’s husband was unable to come so I slept in their room.
2. We left grass on the carpet but we’re unable to Hoover it up because the vacuum cleaner was clogged and didn’t work.
3. There was no WiFi
4. The back step was a big drop with a wonky tree stump as a step and no rail. We had some elderly folk in our party and were waiting for an accident.
5. There were some plumbing issues with showers with dodgy heat controls but these probably just need servicing.
I hope these comments are useful. I would like to reinforce that we had a great weekend and are looking to book again!

Well appointed cottage in a lovely setting. Perfect for a large group weekend away and the kitchen was well appointed. Large table is absolutely ideal and there was a lovely private garden area with an outside table. WiFi not great but otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful cottage with lots of safe outdoor space for children to explore . We had 6 grandchildren who spent most of their weekend playing outdoors . The adjoining field was a godsend ! The cottage was well laid out for our 5 families to sleep and was big enough to have quiet time if needed .
Well equipped and clean and the sunsets were amazing .

Ideal for large family group. Plenty of space inside and outside. Cooking facilities excellent. Described as having 4 acre woodland that we could not find and some showers lacking in power.
