The lobby area and outdoor terrace were both bright, inviting , and offered different seating areas along with some tables, computers, and games.
The room was small but efficient. The bathroom was quite nice.
Lack of a regular chair for sitting. This hotel is not suitable for people of somewhat limited mobility. The beds are high and the storage is under the bed for clothes and suitcases. Also access to public transportation is limited and/ or expensive.

Starbucks, comfortable mattress, clean
No coffee maker, or fridge

Modern, clean..
kinda out by itself, near highway ramps, not super pedestrian friendly, views of nothing nice around it. Beds were more than firm..too hard.

All of the space in the hotel room was thoughtfully used. The look of the whole building was very trendy and cute. The woman at the check in area was wonderful.
The check in being on the 6th floor was a weird choice. We had to go up from the 1st floor to check in, and then go back down to the third floor. Just seems counterproductive.
The valet was also set up in an odd way, which made getting the car a bit tricky and very time consuming.
The price for the value wasn’t there.

I liked the idea of being able to stay in a room with my parents. Two queen bunk beds
Needed a little bit more storage or hanging areas.

The vibes were STELLAR! Loved everything about this hotel. The location, the amenities, the Starbucks attached, valet, unreal. The staff made our anniversary SO special!! We walked into champagne, decorations, and the sweetest note wishing us a happy anniversary - will stay here again!!
Loved all of it.

Very new clean and original
The back side of the location is a homeless camp. Safe but unpleasant

We loved everything about the hotel itself. We loved the lobby with entertainment for both our kids and us adults and our modern style of room.
The area around the hotel was not the nicest.

The big fancy lobby felt like a cozy living room. The rooms were modern, well equiped and just perfect with the two beds facing each other and the big TV.

The vibe of the place was nice
No parking deck,
the check in is on the 6th floor, the bar is also there and plays loud music.
That is not a problem until you are on the fifth floor and hear bumping bass and music thru the ceiling all night long!
Homeless people live right where they parked my car! Alot of them! They have 2-3 mattresses out there even!
That is very unacceptable to me.
They also only have two pillows on the bed, the other two are massive and very uncomfortable.
You can hear evvvvveryone talking if they are on the floor your on in the hallways. Even if they are quiet. Bc there is nothing between the door and the floors to keep the echoing out.
Needless to say I didn’t sleep for two nights but the hotel was cool lol just not comfortable or safe imo

Excellent value & facilities, super friendly staff including our valet. Beds were comfy, hotel was extremely clean & powerful shower. Lovely room deck with ping pong, hanging chairs & a bar/lots of tables. At the end of King Street.
We had 2 fab King beds but they faced each other, so to get out of bed in the middle of the night.. it was very difficult for the person sleeping on the inside who had to crawl over the other person. No end tables. Terrible layout for a week stay, we should have requested a different room in retrospect :( Also no drawers or a closet, only pegs, so all 4 of us we lived out of of suitcases for the week. Not ideal.

We loved the rooftop deck and the bathroom. Not so crazy about the arrangement of the beds and no nightstands

Staff, rooftop bar, cleanness and gym
Location was a little far from some of the destinations more downtown but overall can't complain

Super cool building, brand new. Killer rooftop patio and bar. Everyone was beyond friendly. Also the shower was amazing!
The layout of the rooms is kinda funny with the beds being toe to toe but other than that it was lovely.

Very great hotel! Bed was comfortable, they provide free bikes for guests to use to go downtown and a complimentary drink upon check in. I would definitely stay here again
That I only stayed one night!

Great amenities, good vibe, comfortable bed.
Music from bar was fairly loud at night and after that was turned off, guests in hallway were noisy - sound cut right through the walls.

location is good, close to downtown without the downtown prices
would like a fridge in the room
5.0 / 10.0
It is quiet and clean, very clean. The shower was nice and easy.
The strangest room I have ever had. No chairs, no place to sit. Beds were in a strange arrangement. Did I mention no place to sit----
No closet, no shelves. The modern look might impress a young person but not me.
Music that I did not like everywhere. The check in desk is on the 6th floor. The location is neither down town nor out of town. Strange place to build this hotel but I heard there is some history of the old hotel involved.
