A good hotel - clean and spacious.

The room was modern and well equipped and the staff were very helpful. The location is handy for the cable car/luge/canopy tour zip lining activities and there is a supermarket opposite. Good on-site parking and a nice little pool.

The hotel is on a busy main road which didn’t bother us that much but some might find it too noisy.

Fabulous place, close to everything, clean and comfy. Would definitely book again

The bed was super comfortable as were the lounges and chairs in the room. Everything was lovely and clean. Staff went above and beyond as I accidentally left some valuable jewellery behind and they were very helpful and patient while I organised an international courier to retrieve them.

Perfect retreat! Highly recommended. I plan to stay there again.

The staff were fantastic and more than accommodating. Polite and very helpful whenever I had a problem. The room had everything I needed and there was an electric vehicle charger in the carpark. The hotel is directly across the road from Countdown as well as many dinner options including Taco Bell which was my go to both nights.

Fabulous accommodation. Highly recommend.

Great for an easy family stay, enjoy the pool and good location.

Accomodation was perfect us. We happily stayed 4 nights. Two adults two kids. Great pool, comfy beds, enough room in the lounge, simple kitchen but the right appliances for our needs. Staff helpful. Enjoyed the sauna. Great location. Clean and tidy. Serviced daily. All the fast food restaurants and supermarket super close, and some of the main tourist activities within easy walking distance as well.

As noted the kitchen was a relatively simple set up and space, but had all the basics and for just for breakfast and snacks this worked fine for us. Full meals probably a little bit harder. But lots of food take outs close by anyway!

Great place to stay.

Although on a main road, it was very quiet thanks to the double glazing. Our unit was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchenette had everything you would need if you wanted to make a light meal. There is no oven but there is a little stovetop and microwave. The lounge area was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor pool looked very inviting, but we did not use it as we had our own spa which we filled each day with either cold or warm water. There are a couple of gym items in a room beside the outdoor pool. Although the motel advertises a restaurant, it is not yet operational. There is a supermarket across the road and many restaurant/takeaway places across there too. It is close to many tourist activities, but a car would be needed to get to them and other places in and around Rotorua. This is a newly built establishment and we will certainly be back for other stays.

A great stay in Rotorua

New build so very clean. TV in lounge, main bedroom and second bedroom, park right outside of our unit. Beds were firm but comfortable. Public pool was great, but lacked any type of shade.

Little things missing, like no dish rack, hated the shower as it was a bath shower that was completely open (water went everywhere). Bathroom basin space was minimal. There wasn’t a step to get into the private spa, and no shade provided. Road noise from the busy main road also not ideal (although was quieter on the weekend). Didn’t realise hotel was in such an industrial area. Was not worth price paid. Asked reception where good family restaurants were in the area and was told they didn’t know as they were from Auckland.

A comfortable stay. Strategic location.

Great location. Walking distance to several fast food outlets and close by to a large supermarket. Attractions are all just a few mins away by car. Room facilities are all new and in great working order. Even the sofa bed was huge and quite comfortable.

I think the unit could use a few well placed rubbish bins. Just 1 in the kitchen is a hassle. Also, the A/C is located in the living room. It can get quite warm in the bedroom during the summer.

Clean and new. Very comfortable large quiet room with nice bathroom. Easy access and lots of parking. Delightful, friendly lady at front desk - dressed immaculately to set tone for the property. Will certainly stay here again when next in Rotorua.

Second time staying and will stay again.

The rooms feel very fresh and new and are kept clean. I liked the small kitchenette as it had just enough for us to prepare out own breakfast and supper. Spacious and comfortable for three people. Great bathroom. Pool is very nice - heated, so very comfortable. Although near major road, when doors are closed it's quite quiet. Good location - close to gondola - and very easy to drive into town centre.

The private jacuzzi was a little dirty (as it is outside) and it takes forever to fill and gets scummy very fast. I would stay here again but won't book a room with a jacuzzi.

Great clean stay across from gondola

The property is immaculate and the signage made it easy to find. Our ground floor room was very quiet and to our surprise had a private courtyard with a huge private spa. The room was huge with cooking facilities with large tv and excellent internet. The cleanest room with laundry facilities on site. The manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of tourist activities. Affordable and a great place to stay if you have transport

The staff were friendly and courteous. The manager came and sorted a wee problem we had with the TV promptly and the room and facilities were great.
