I never received an email 24 hours before so luckily I called on how to get my keys. Property is older but is right on the beach which is nice. Not much in the area but it is quiet.

Perfect location close to family. The unit was very nice the view perfect. Too bad we couldn’t use with our timeshare weeks.

Hotel was okay. View was great! Area around hotel is quiet with not many places to eat. Lots of homeless camps in the area. You can’t drive to the north shore from the hotel without going back to Honolulu.
4.3
Properly is good condition and great view. I love it. Only problem is that homeless was a front of property in beach side so we cannot play in the morning a front of our beach.

Upon arrival, we were required to pay additional fees beyond what was paid-in-full. The attendant explained they recently changed their fees and the property and Expedia have not communicated this to their customers. She also mentioned we were not the first guest to complain about the same issue. What choice did we have at that point, we had already flown in from the Mainland? I sent an email to Expedia, but have not received any follow-up.
Also, many tent towns around the area, but for the most part they stayed to themselves.

Love how it located outside of city craziness.. if you don’t mind extra 40 mins drive out to point of visit

The property is good, but the area is full of homeless around

I loved this timeshare! Eventhough we don't pay into the timeshare, its nice that we were able to pay and stay for an entire week. The staff, residents and other occupants were very friendly and welcoming. I loved that this condo and all the condo's in this building has an ocean view and the beach was private, so the beach was never over crowded. The condo was very clean and the bed & sleeper couch was very comfotable. The only thing that I wish I knew before getting there was what floor we would be located on. We were on the 10th floor and although the views were amazing, since I am extremely afraid of heights, the balacony from the elevator to the suite was not ideal for me. I had an anxiety attacked each time I had to leave or go to the room because of the high view; however, other than that - everything was perfect!! I will go and stay at the Hawaiin Princess again! Perferable on a lower floor though :).

The beach was gorgeous except for the homeless we encountered in the mornings.

This place was perfect to me and my family

Quiet peaceful place away from the city very glad we booked this hotel

The manager left promptly at 5pm, just leaving us one key, without giving us the password to the WIFI. We could not have access for one whole day. The next day, when we came back around 3pm the next day, she stepped out again. Yet we have to pay the resort fee for two nights, even though there is internet access or any other access for one whole day. Very unfair!

Perfect place to take in all the beautiful scenery

The view is unobstructed , beautiful, friendly staff, clean , great beach to swim and take morning/ evening walks
plan to watch the sunset from your room.

This is a beautiful property with some of the best views I’ve ever experienced. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff are helpful and kind.
The drawbacks are that it isn’t near anything. This was fine for us as we wanted to hang out, sit at the beach and have some peace. Perfect. The waves are INTENSE- this isn’t a beach I would take kids to. Also, there is a large community of unhoused folks (the community spans about 10 miles along the coast). While we never felt unsafe at all, it was really weird to be in such a nice place while literally looking at the community of folks in tents.

Our corner room was perfect spot for the view.Love that we it is a beachfront. Both mountain and the ocean views are perfect paradise getaway. There are homeless people near the ocean but didn’t really bother us and they were in the pockets close to the mountain. Would love to come back!

This place is advertisement gives you the wrong idea. It is a time share located in the wrong side of town.
The night that I arrived, the Uber driver told me that only sombría and criminals live in this area. I didn’t believe it but even him was reluctant to leave me at the place all by myself. I honestly thought the driver was exaggerating, but the next morning when I woke up, and wanted to go out for brakefast, there was no place around to eat.
When I made my reservation, the place comes under “all inclusive resort” and it is not.
So I called management to get my money refunded, because couldn’t stay in such a place. It was not what I paid for. I was told to call Expedia, when I contacted Expedia they told me that they would check with the owner, and still NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME and no refund has been issued since April 29, 2024.

I liked that the condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and enjoy the beach. The place was nice and clean and the people are extremely friendly, which is beautiful. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hawaii. The only thing that I did not like is that everything is so far away from the condo. Great place to stay and the beach is breathtaking.

Great hidden gem… nice people who made us feel like “locals”! Would recommend highly.
