Beautiful and modern 3-bedroom cabin in upper Kings Beach. This beautiful 2 story home is just a short drive to North Tahoe State Park & Beach and the walkable downtown area with restaurants and shops! 5 miles to Northstar Ski Resort too!
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: EIGHT (8) PERSONS TOTAL including children.
• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with additional fee and rules. $125 (plus tax) PER PET PER WEEK (Not Prorated). Please enter the number of pets and number of guests when searching for availability and the 1st pet fee will be included in the total cost of your booking.
***If you have more than one pet, ADDITIONAL pet fee(s) will be requested separately after you've booked.***
• NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed.
• PARKING: Limited to compact 3 vehicles (There may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist).

*Although this home has a 2 bay garage, only ½ of the garage is available for guest use.
Regardless of whether you are on the 1st or 2nd level of the house, the high ceilings and overlook from the loft will make you feel connected. After a fun day in the sun or on the slopes, plan to relax in the living room by settling into the sectional couch enjoying the aroma of a home cooked meal.
Cooking is no chore in this gorgeous, remodeled kitchen that boasts granite countertops, counter-to-ceiling tiled backsplash, a farmhouse sink, and an abundance of cabinet storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cookware plus a fridge with bottom freezer, dishwasher, gas stovetop and oven plus built-in microwave above; all in stainless steel. The kitchen connects to the dining room via a breakfast bar with seating for two. 6 additional guests fit around the dining table and that dedicated space carries through to the private terrace.
Each of the lower floor bedrooms boast queen beds comfortably outfitted with quality mattresses and bedding and share a bathroom with oversized walk-in shower, a custom stone vessel sink and relaxing rain showerhead.
The primary bedroom, loft/family room space, and a 2nd bathroom are located on the upper floor. The loft area features a big, comfy couch, as well as 2 large chairs, 2 reclining chairs, a large wooden coffee table, and a bean bag chair. There are many board games available for a game night or one may play a game of darts on the electronic dart board. Just outside the loft there is a balcony where you can sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy a view of the forest and Lake Tahoe. To give you additional sleeping space, the loft also features 2 twin beds custom-built into the wall.
The primary bedroom, situated at the rear of the property on the 2nd floor has a king bed wrapped in premium bedding. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo with tile surround, with natural stone vessel sink, ample cabinet space, as well as hooks to hang up all your towels and robes.
This home is a wonderful getaway spot for the whole family. Perfect for your vacation in any season here at Lake Tahoe!
