The property also features 2 cozy living rooms with an extra twin bed downstairs for added comfort. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of this nice retreat, complete with a washing machine, dryer, tv, cable, and WiFi for convenience. This house also includes an upstairs and downstairs patio area that has a beautiful view of Mauna Kea on a clear day. A full kitchen set, bath towels, blankets, and pillows are available for your use. This home is also minutes away from malls, restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, parks, gas stations, and the Hilo airport. Scenic locations that make our Big Island unique are no more than two hours away. Volcanoes National Park is only 35 min. away! Waterfalls are located just 15 minutes away! We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Absolutely no drug use in this property.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
For everyone’s safety, stay away from coconut trees that are in the back yard. We will not be responsible for any injuries.
Only use the driveway that is located on the left side of the house. Do not remove fencing.
Parking is available in the garage, in front of the house, and on the side of the house. Do not park in the back of the house or near the downstairs back patio. The septic tank is located there. Park on the street at your own
