April is an exceptional host. She is very kind, respectful and takes care of everything in detail. The property is cozy, with a lovely yard to enjoy the mountains view. The facility is good, and everything is clean and organized. Her place is close to Banff downtown, which is excellent if you want to go for a walk or drink. We had a lovely time at the place and look forward to staying there on our next trip to Banff.

loved the rooms, the common area, the breakfast. Also, the host gave us fabulous recommendations. We weren’t disappointed!

The hosts were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The guest rooms were entered through a private entrance to the building that opened into a charming and well-stocked eating area and sitting area with a couch and fireplace. There was food for a self-serve breakfast and snacks available. The whole space was clean and well-decorated. The queen bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and had a sweet view. The B&B was an easy walking distance to the town centre and was very close to the Sulphur Mountain amenities. Thank you April and Peter!
Not a thing. It was lovely.

April was a great host! My room was very comfortable with a private bath. The kitchen area was shared with complementary coffee, yoghurt, fruit and granola.
It was about a 1/2 mi walk to town or to pick up the free ski shuttle. Really not too bad. Banff is very pretty so I didn't mind the walk.

April was very welcoming. Very clean. Lots of coffee and breakfast options.

great location and price.

Variety of continental breakfast provided. Home from home accommodation. Short distance to town centre .
Perhaps en suite bathroom.

Excellent host.
Cost. But still one of the more modest priced accommodations in Banff this year!

This was our first experience staying in a bnb and it is now the only place I will stay when we return. April was more than accomidating. She was very welcoming and friendly. The room, common area and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with choices for breakfast snacks and drinks. This bnb is also within walking distance of downtown, the river, and many attractions. As well it is by far the most reasonably priced.
I cannot say enough good things about this place and our stay.
We wish we could have stayed longer

April and Peter were wonderful hosts and welcomed us warmly. April gave us some helpful advice about what to do in Banff National Park.
Also the common space with kitchenette was nice and cozy for relaxing after a day of hiking oder biking.

April was so sweet and accommodating to our needs! She helped us move our things in and gave us a well detailed tour of the property upon arrival. She also gave us plenty of recommendations for fun things to do in Banff and made us breakfast the morning of our leaving since we didn’t have time to go to a coffee shop before our shuttle arrived. All around, very sweet and perfect location!!!

Handy B&B, short walk from town across a lovely footbridge.
Short walk up to Banff Springs hotel.
I had bedroom, separate bathroom. Kitchen/lounge room shared with one other guest.

We liked the bed, the pillows and the fact that it was super quiet at night. So as a hotel room it works perfectly. April is super nice and explained the going ons of the place perfectly.
It comes down that we feel we paid too much for what we got. For the almost 300 dollar we paid, our hostess was not incredibly flexible on checkin times/breakfast times. We didnt actually have breakfast there as we were meeting up with a group elsewhere, but I did try the coffee and it was nothing special. I wouldnt have minded to have a proper coffee machine instead of the regular coffee maker coffee. Also hubbie's shower was lukewarm. Not sure if there just isnt enough warm water, because the previous day apparently there was some issues with the hot water, so it may have been that. Either way, not great for him. I personally would have liked a few more quality soaps in the bathroom. It is all rather cheap, which is not a bad thing necessarily, but it smells cheap and that wasnt good. Had we paid the off season price, we probably wouldnt have minded, but for this money it just wasnt good enough.
