Location is great
Location is also in prime tourist area so very noisy. The facility was dirty, especially the rugs. The bedding was very uncomfortable. The walls, paper thin so you can hear neighbors above and beside you and whatever is happening in the hallway. Staff was luke warm at best. No friendly welcome, I felt like I was intruding. When we felt like we might need more blankets, the front desk told me I had to come get it, that there was nobody else there to help. There are so many other places to stay in the area, I would never consider staying here again. If traveling with a lot of luggage, know that they hallways have different levels so you might be going up and down stairs, depending on where you left room is located.

Location was probably the best amenity
Very dirty, free breakfast was a huge disappointment. Don’t trust the website pictures, it’s nothing like the pictures.
The facility looked like it was still being refurbished. First room we received was totally unacceptable. Was able to get another room that was better.
Parking options are poor. Have to park on the street if you can get a spot. There is a parking garage about two blocks away but it was closed to daily parking, only monthly could park there.
I do think the facility has potential if they continue to refurbish the unused spaces

Location
Minimal amenities in our room, had to go downstairs to get a hair dryer. We were supposed to get breakfast but the staff told us the restaurant who provided food “didn’t show up.” Their onsite restaurant/bar is closed.

I liked how convenient the location was for everything I wanted to do. I also loved that you couldn’t hear the outside people at night.
I didn’t like all the steps you had to carry luggage up. The pillows were really uncomfortable and to me the tub seemed a little dirty but I was only there for one night.

The window in the suite did not close all the way we did report it and there was never a maintenance that came. The next day we told them to hold off on it because we were in and out. There was also loudness from the street, but I’m sure that cannot be controlled.

Location
Rooms were dirty. And the bed was terrible. The Admiral Fell definitely needs updated. Also, with the price, we should not have to ask for housekeeping. We won't be back.

Location in great if you want to be by the harbor in the heart of Fells Point surrounded by good restaurants and bars. We had a king room which was very spacious.
While the style and history of the hotel is part of it's charm, the interior hallways and aspects of the rooms are very outdated. Bathroom has no counter space and very out of date shower/tub with pealing ceiling. If you don't want to hear loud partying at night, make sure to request a room NOT facing the Admirals Cup bar.

Location was perfect! Across the street was the harbor with beautiful views just steps away. The bars and restaurants were all in walking distance. The staff were all very friendly, except for one.
The continental breakfast consisted of stale cereal, toast, and bagels. It was served in the basement and the woman who was the attendant was not very polite. She kept reminding everyone not to eat in the serving area repeatedly, when a sign posted in the area would have sufficed.

Location at that price, well, is priceless! In the heart of Fells Point, across from water taxi, restaurants everywhere, etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, from front desk staff to the bartender. They got me in early, and when I told them I needed a frig for an ice pack due to an injury, they brought one to my room at no extra charge. Didn't have a freezer, but when I put a bag of ice on top of it, it worked! The bartender Steve was a hoot! Very experienced and entertaining. If I return to Baltimore this is where I will be staying. Of course, I also picked the place because it is supposed to be haunted but no luck in that department. Though again, staff even opened the door of a vacant room so I could explore when my camera picked up a strange light underneath. It was debunked though for those of you not wanting to hang out with ghosts...lol
Well, the continental breakfast was pretty skimpy, maybe just a few more danish and fruit choices, the rooftop is a real plus but only used for special occasions, and the bar was not well stocked for drinks, for example, he couldn't even make a Bloody Mary. But, this may be because Steve was filling in for another bartender and didn't have time to do it??? Was still a great experience overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful across the board--front desk, valet, and the Dashery (mini cafe). The food in the Dashery was very good as well. All of this combined with the beautiful, clean hotel made for another really nice visit--my first since the change of management.

The breakfast is simple but nice. The staff who served at the breakfast is not friendly.
The evening front desk lady is very nice and helpful.
The location is great.
The description of the size of our is incorrect to the room that we were in. When I booked the room. It said the room is 360square feet. It is very small and probably only 160 square feet
We have one morning breakfast was not available. The front desk said that we will receive credit for it. But I don’t think they give us credit when we checked out.
