Everything except the bed was exceptional! But because of that bed I won’t be back.

The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was the best ever at a hotel.

That bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on! There was like a hole in the mattress around our hip area and the rest of the bed was lumpy. We woke up so sore!!

It was all awesome. The food for breakfast was great. Wide variety. The staff was amazing!!!!!!! Zee was so helpful and friendly!!

the tv didn’t work and when we went to complain literally nobody got back to us. the phone also didn’t work my husband had to walk down to the front desk.

Convenient location for a price

Good location, a large comfortable room, and very pleasant beds. The walk-in accessible shower had pleasing pressure and use. The breakfast was very good, and the cinnamon rolls were tasty.

The shower valve handle was inoperable when we first tried it. The maintenance person repaired it quickly. High priced.

Great Experience!

Very clean; so convenient to the hospital! Location is great; very easy access to the freeway. My Mother is in Methodist University Hospital and this is my third stay in the last two weeks.

Bearable. Barely made the cut. The rooms need to be larger and remodeled. Room number 236.

I've paid 3x more for a room and the the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Here the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable 😌 😴 Everything was pretty decent. Staff were a delight.....especially the staff member that handles breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.....came from Dallas.

I didn't like the fact there were no fans in the bathroom. It gets really hot in there. Basically you need to keep the door open and I was there with my Aunt. We love our privacy!

Will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Memphis

location was perfect for us. Close enough to downtown and to medical office we had appointment at. it was very clean. Breakfast included wide variety of hot options. it was not just a continental breakfast. Staff very nice.

If the false fire alarms had not gone off, everything would have been great.

It was close to the hospital and the staff were nice.

I was not able to get much sleep because the fire alarms went off multiple times throughout the night.

We keep coming back - great value and great service

We have stayed here several times. The staff are always amazing and really make you feel welcome. Great breakfast, good facilities and just up the road from Sun Studio!
