I loved the location and the water view.
They didn't tell me about the $250.00 dollar deposit that I had to put on the room. I should have gotten a balcony room. I reserved the room in January 7 months in advance. They don't serve breakfast at the restraunt.

Loved having a nice large suite for my husband and son, very spacious, glad there was a gym and washer/dryer. Room had a lovely kitchenette too, terrific view!
It was perfect!

Great Location
Wyndham is behind Hilton when standardize expectation. The hotel has creaky floors and some essential upgrades to modernize further.

The bathroom sink was very slow draining and there were large cracks in the shower grout.

The room turned out to be a suite which was a nice surprise. I liked having a kitchenette. It was very convenient to have a restaurant downstairs. I liked that there weren't lots of ridiculous decorative pillows on the bed. The Inn was easy to find and in a good location to visit Jamestown and Newport.
The only flaw was one lightbulb was out. The decors was a little bland and safe.

Location was perfect, pool and view was was amazing, staff was very friendly, coffee in the morning, and restaurant on site was great! Work out room was great as well.
Our first room was physically damp and horribly musty. You could actually see water/wetness on your hand if you touched the cushions of the chair and the carpeted floor. We discussed with the onsite staff who was able to put us in a different room. This new room was less damp but by 24 hours in, it was almost just as bad. No idea why but it made the room incredibly uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping in damp sheets. We therefore tried to avoid being in the room as much as possible. We didn't bother talking to staff about it again since they had already told us there were no other rooms and we didn't want to waste precious vacation time trying to find a new place to stay. We had to wash ALL clothes when we got home to get the damp stink out of them. I have stayed in many hotel rooms of various cost and have never had to deal with this kind of issue. This is especially concerning given the room was not cheap. It is too bad because the location is fantastic but we will never stay here again and I would feel bad for anyone else having to deal with this.

Awesome location, view, and nice and quiet. Very hospitable friendly staff.
Too expensive, we stayed after our wedding since it’s a special occasion. But would not likely stay again during peak season due to cost.

I love Jamestown in general. I got married during my stay, at Fort Getty, so the weekend was beautiful. I did not get to enjoy the pool, but the balcony and the view, loved💕
The bottom of the bathroom tub appeared dirty, but I’m thinking it’s an old tub..

Very expensive. There is no bar or restaurant. Bed very small.

Location turned out to be great.
Booking through booking.com. You reserved a room at Club Wyndam in Jamestown where I wanted to stay. They had no room available when I arrived. So we ended up in downtown Newport. If it was peak season I probably would of not got a room.
