Very comfortable and clean room. Very convenient to Broadway street!

Budget friendly for short stays.

The hotel was ok. We had a king sized bed. The parking lot was gated. They did offer a breakfast, which did have scrambled eggs and sausage.

The elevator had a smell and did jerk a bit. The hall carpet was heavily stained might have been coffee. No coffee maker in room. The room air conditioner was a bit noisy.

I would stay again.

Personnel very nice and property was well maintained.

The tub floor needs to have much better non-slip and grab bars would help older people.

Lot of inconvenience of calling for repairs. Will not be staying there next year. Needs a good cleaning. ..

Close to our venues & gated parking.

Old. Nothing worked in our room. No hot water in sink. Coffee pot, clock, Tv did not work. Carpet was damp.

Our room was dirty, we had no hot water and the air conditioning unit made a loud noise all night!

Very disappointed.

Close to the intersection.

Room had mold on the ceiling and was not clean. Went to the front and was told no other rooms were available. Nothing was done to at least try to accommodate us.

I will not stay again.

The African American you lady was very sweet and accommodating.

The room smelled like strong mildew. We were moved to another room and still smelled. The Indian guy at the front desk was rude upon check out.

The room was clean but did smell like smoke. Location was close to Graceland and the hotel.

The hotel did not hold our luggage, and the staff were extremely unhelpful and not willing to help.

we got up early to take grandchildren to airport and our car had been stolen. we stayed there because they had a fence around the parking where you had to use room card to get in.

the manager is very ignorant and no help at all. mostly everyone else speaks Spanish and the hot breakfast consists of microwave eggs and sausage. it’s not around any restaurants or shopping malls. just off the highway in the middle of nowhere

Would NEVER visit again!

The property gave me a "smoking OR non-smoking option" , ans they kept my deposit because we smoked in the room. Even though there were no damages, they're scheming.

It is definitely overpriced for what it is and where it is, but nice..

It was a relatively short drive from where I needed to go. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and I felt safe! The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was very nice!

The TV remote did not work, nor did the in room coffee maker. There was no food at the hotel (hadn't eaten all day when I arrived) and would require a drive in unfamiliar area to go find some. Apparently there were some microwavable sandwiches that could be purchased, but as someone gluten-free that would not work! Most Comfort Inns have snacks that can be purchased, but not here. And this location is kind of not near anything itself except other hotels. I don't know if there was breakfast served, but I did grab tiny to-go coffee on my way out since the in-room coffee maker didn't work. And getting in and out of the door from the parking area was a little treacherous considering there was a lot of ice that hadn't been cleared.

will not recommend or stay again

The front desk upon check - in was very polite and helpful.

The Manager was rude, disrespectful, and UNHELPFUL - shame on him for running such a poor hotel. I was over charged, not want I booked at booking.com The bathroom was dirty walls of the shower Shower was broken heater was loud and broken in room 138 Towels for 1 person NOT two, as per reservation.

No airport shuttle

Room was comfortable, staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

There is NO airport shuttle despite this being advertised on the booking.com page and on the hotel's website. For a 7 minute taxi ride, $25 from the airport and $27 back. No ride sharing app picked up the fare after 20 minutes of trying (it was 5:15am).
