Väldigt bra läge och hemtrevligt boende

Allt var som lovat. Läget, frukost, bekväm och vid strandpromenaden. Bra service och personal på plats hela tiden.

Beautiful view, amazing location, great staff.

Location is perfect! My room was a good size, breakfast was freshly prepared, staff were very friendly and helpful and remembered which room I was in and that I liked coffee in the mornings. The service overall was very professional yet personal. You can tell that each visitor is important to the staff here.

The decor is perhaps aimed at a different age group to mine, but everything was clean and in good condition.

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Nordwales

Wunderbare Lage direkt an der Promenade, fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten ins Ortszentrum (nicht so überlaufen wie Llandudno). Tolle Aussicht vom Erker des Zimmers direkt auf Strand und Meer und die Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Großes, geräumiges Zimmer, äußerst nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück sehr gut, Auswahl an verschiedenen warmen Gerichten und immer frisch geschnittenes Obst und Joghurt. Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus (etwas versteckte Zufahrt), aber unbedingt vorab reservieren, es gibt nur 4 Plätze.

Altmodisches Badezimmer, eine tägliche Reinigung des Badezimmers wäre wünschenswert gewesen

Great Budget Hotel, outstanding Service! Superb Breakfast.

Maria was a seasoned, professional Host who runs a tight ship. She was a constant helpful presence who loves her job and is the reason why everything runs so smoothly.

To some, the old-fashioned furnishings and 70s wool carpets would not be desirable. However, the large room good shower room and the space available within the chests of draws and wardrobe were sufficient for stays long or short. We had room 11 on the ground floor that had a huge bay window looking out on the beach that is only just over 100 metres from the front door. At the moment, the promenard is being relaid but didn't affect our enjoyment.

Excellent breakfast! Clean, and homely. Friendly staff. Beautiful view, right near the beach.

Room was a bit small, and cramped. Bathroom was clean but small, and sink is too small, as water spills on the floor when you use it! Also no heating or extractor fan in the bathroom. Beds are very narrow and quite firm. TV is positioned where you can't see half of it from one bed!

a very enjoyable 4 days

maria [owner] was always very pleasant always there to assist with any queries and staff very polite and helpfull. the property lovely and clean and in a very good location for the beach and shops and pubs. breakfast very good in fact cant fault anything. 10 out of 10 for maria and her staff, we will definitely be going back.

A great place to stay for a weekend away.

Friendly staff and really helpful. Great breakfast and cooked to order. Great room clean and well maintained, lovely cosy bed.

There was no negatives during our stay. Could not find anything to be negative about at all.

There is a musty smell downstairs which is a bit off putting. Construct work outside started early in the morning, clearly not the owners fault.

A gem B&B in Rhos-on-Sea.

Great hosts who were very attentive, polite, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was first class, are are vegetarian and we were well catered for by Maria. The view from Room 2 onto the promenade and the beach was wonderful, and on rainy days we just watched the world roll by in total comfort.

No power shower, but it was adequate and served the purpose.

Nice property, excellent staff and service, great food and property ideally situated.

Room was clean and tidy, although the window opened at top it became very warm in the room. Breakfast was very good with excellent choice of cereal, fruits and a cooked breakfast with tea or coffee. Out front of property was a raised decked seating area overlooking the beach.

Nothing, everything was as advertised and an enjoyable stay.

Good food and the rooms were clean. Very pleasant staff and very cheerful and attentive to guest during the meals.

The reception area had a strong smell of damp carpet. Al Although the place was clean and tidy, the first impression was not good due to that damp carpet.
