The home was a beautiful older home. Very well kept on the inside. When I first saw the outside I was little worried but that all went away the moment we stepped foot inside. Close to everything in the area. Highly recommend.
Parking was a little tight but we greatly enjoyed our stay.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was nice, air conditioning worked well. It was comfortable and quiet.
There was hardly any water pressure, it almost dripped out of the kitchen sink. The television in one of the bedrooms did not work.

good location
it smelt of mold everywhere. even coming back our luggage still had a stench. they try to cover up the smell in the rooms with cleaning supplies.

Location was great. good job on renovation
air conditioning went down first day we were there. Technician came to fix but couldn’t. Portable air conditioners had hot air coming out back. work up to 82 degrees in the morning
As we looked closer a poor job was done on cleaning.

The location was excellent. A few blocks from the heart of the restaurant and shopping area which was great. Easy nice walk and location near water was nice.

location and charming area
property was unsafe and not secure- no staff on premises and a tour vendor out front of the building had access to the building and property mgmt company reported they didn’t know or realize this when we reported a major safety concern
9.0 / 10.0
pleasant interaction with staff, convenient location, beautiful apartment
back room was difficult to cool and wifi in the back room was weak during peak usage times
7.0 / 10.0
location was great, it was clean
no breakfast, handrail in the stair well was broken, the code for the keypad didn't work, need more outlets, need a desk, the bathroom was up a flight of stairs, no one on staff at the building

The place was exactly as represented. It was comfortable, charming and in a great location.
The place had a bad odor from the prior guests that housekeeping should have done more to eliminate. The place appeared clean and was well-equipped, but the bad smell keeps me from giving the Quarters a better rating.

location and layout of the apartment
loved everything

Location was perfect and size was as expected. Also, the staff on the phone was accommodating and responsive with arranging a late check out.
It was not very clean. We had to call for a cleaner to come back, and asked that she come in an hour when we would be out. She came while we were there and stated she was the manager, and was unprofessional by hotel/hospitality standards.

Excellent location. Clean unit, well organized.
Small bathroom vanities. Wireless in back bedroom not good. Sets of stairs to unit (no elevator).
6.0 / 10.0
The location was great and the office was willing to help us sort out our check in & out time based on our flights when I asked consistently.
Communication was a bit iffy at times. They agreed to let us check out late, but did not notify the cleaning crew because they showed up asking us about us still being there. As much as they told us they work around their cleaning crew, the apartment we stayed in was not very clean. There was a build up of dust & dirt on multiple surfaces and both showers had obvious mold in the grout of the tiles.

absolutely beautiful, excellent location
there was no where to put the trash except the hallway ( where they said to leave it) but no one ever picked it up

it was beautiful and comfortable
we could not get in the room… the code wasn’t working. I think the problem is that we couldn’t get in touch with anyone through phone call or messaging.
we were very fortunate that we saw the cleaning lady as she was leaving another room and she was able to assist us. otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done.. bc we never heard back.

Everything! I love door code entries as opposed to key cards so it makes the check in process so easy. the location was amazing! the room was perfect for what we needed!
only one complaint of the shower having an awful old cheese like smell on arrival. went away as soon as I took a shower and it never came back during our trip. not sure if it was from the cleaning solution?

location
clean
bed was comfortable
tough parking,
huge bag of garbage left sitting in front of our room when we checked in,
the AC unit above the bed was noisy and kept us up mostly all night

quirky, clean, perfect size for four people. the location was in the heart of the historic district, which gave us a walkable stay. The manager was just a phone call away. The rooftop bar across the street was great for a nightcap. Warning: prepare for stairs!
Stairs were a bit daunting to load and unload baggage. Parking was easier than expected around the corner, though expensive.

Location is fantastic, staff went above and beyond, very clean space, small but well organized (and comfortable beds!)
Lack of natural lighting is not ideal - very dark inside the bedrooms
9.0 / 10.0
The location and property was perfect for our stay. The total space was very comfortable and well laid out for our purpose.
The property was great, but there is no natural light given the interior set up of the Condo and not having access to windows. Parking is a bit expense. It would be nice if the property manager had a negotiated parking rate for those that stay at this property.

Location is the only thing that delivered. No reception which is very inconvenient. The stay was uncomfortable. It didn’t offer the experience of comfort. This should not be categorized as hotel but a mere Airbnb room. Most Airbnb would even provide a better experience. The brand was confusing using the word Vendue. Vendue Hotel is opposite the building. The staff of Vendue Hotel in the premises ironically, were even the ones who showed willingness to help when we checked out - offered assistance in transportation and even gave us water without asking. To think we were non-guests of their Hotel. Quarters on Vendue does not have the basic hospitality required of the industry. The stay was a pain. We were in Charleston for 6 days. I had to choose this accommodation in a rush / last minute adjustment when we decided to come a day earlier since there was no availability in Liberty Place Hilton. I wouldn’t commit the mistake of booking again this place.

Location. Close to the water and most restaurants and shopping.
Noise! Very noisy street. Construction down the street made it very difficult to sleep past 5 AM!! Small room for the price we paid! People staying in the building were very loud! You could hear the front door open/close every time someone walks in/out. Will not stay here again!!!!

Location was great. Good price for area.
The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to report this and then wait an hour past check in time. Only windows are in hallway overlooking a narrow alley. Very small. Room for 3 to sit comfortably in family area. They said they would comp the cleaning fee. However, they have not let us know if this is approved.
