I’d stay here again anytime the area is a local gem!

Location was wonderful, very rustic and cozy feel. Loved the beams in the ceiling! Restaurants in the area were fantastic!

Could use better linens. Towels were a bit rough, pillows not very soft and bottom sheet kept falling off.

Superplekje!

Heerlijke plek, heerlijke kamer! Heb er goed geslapen omdat het bed fijn was en de airco lekker stil. De badkamer is prima! De muren zijn niet zo dik maar de mensen in de andere kamers waren ook rustig dus geen last van gehad. Verder is het een hele rustige straat dus ook geen omgevingsgeluid. Hele fijne locatie. Niet druk en naast de koelte van de Giardinni. Vlakbij is een supermarkt en een drogist. Er is geen receptie maar een code en sleutelkastje. Dit werkte prima!

Een paar hele kleine verbeterpuntjes. Meer kledinghangers was handig geweest en iets van shampoo en douchegel. Het ontbijt is erg eenvoudig, al kun je extra dingen kopen bij de supermarkt. Het koelkastje in de algemene keuken was erg klein en maakte veel lawaai.

Pleasant stay with great location and spatial room.

Great location in a quiet area of Venice! Walking distance to a lot of places!

Breakfast was like nothing. Less than one euro sweet bread in plastic bag - one per person, and one small biscuit with marmalade. That’s it. I don’t regard it as breakfast at all.

Comfortable and relaxing for a place to stay with a shared kitchen area with 3-4 other guests.

Towards the end of the city, but everything is in walking distance trip cut short, wish we could stay the two days

Good location, kind staff, comfortable room

The only heating they got is an AC, which is not really effective. The stone floor and the not so effective AC heating made the room cold. Apart from the cold it's the perfect stay, with very kind staff, cozy rooms and really good location!

The spaces are very comfortable - big enough bathroom with shower and bidet, nice entrance with two chairs and a table, big bedroom with drawers, closet and desk. Our room was facing an inner courtyard, it was so quiet at all times. Even if was not foreseen, there was a light breakfast included, nothing special but it was very appreciated, especially the coffee capsules to use with a Nespresso machine. Also two wine glasses and a cork were in the room, for special moments or just to relax at the end of the day. Wifi was fast enough. The location is perfect for Art Biennale and close to a street with all the facilities you may need, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The apartment was cleaned daily with new supplies provided.

The rooms could be better soundproofed from each other, but was no big deal, the other guests have been quite careful, we could mainly hear the entrance door closing.

In Venice for the Biennale

- Really good location when visiting Venice Biennale, away from the crowded city centre but still nice neigbourhood near to the restaurants, park, sea and supermarket - Good quality-price since Venice hotels are expensive

- No safety locker - No fridge - Bad soundproof - No reception; I would like to see the staff in person rather than communicate via Whatsapp

the location was so nice and kind a local. we enjoy with the area we stayed.

it was not clean at all. it was full of hairs of people before us all over the place, in the shower, all over the floor, beddings, toilet…

Nice accommodation in good location, but poor support by host

- Comfortable bed - Nice room, modern bathroom (room name: 'Barbara') - VERY efficient and quiet A/C - Quiet accommodation (no street noise) - Great location, a bit offside the main tourist paths - Good value for money overall and nice place - low rating of 7 only due to the main issue described in detail below)

- Lots of random hair on bedsheets - Stained pillow case (yellow spots) - Clogged shower - Wifi: Very weak to non-existent in room 'Barbara' (we used our mobile data instead) - The major issue: Very poor support by host. We arrived and found our key to the assigned room missing. It was because another guest incorrectly checked into our room - no mistake by the host there, BUT: As we couldn't access our room we called Veronica (host). It took a few minutes to reach her. Communication was poor as she hardly speaks English. Her internet connection was also very weak. We eventually used google translate to communicate. We asked her to come by to help resolve the situation but she just said that she is far away and can't. She was NOT apologetic about the situation at all. So it felt like there was hardly any support - very unpleasant and stressful way to arrive. We eventually got a different room assigned. The WORST of all: Veronica initially told us to use the master key for all rooms to verify if another guest was indeed checked into our room (to do so, she texted us the secret hiding spot of the master key). This is extremely questionable and unprofessional behaviour as it creates a major security issue - telling random strangers how they can access all rooms. We did not feel particularly safe about our belongings after that.

Magical :)

I don’t want to tell you this in case I want to return! But this was a wonderful location to explore Venice from :) Large comfortable bed and powerful shower.

The only thing I can find to improve on is that the pillows were a little flat and hard. Would be great to have the option of a softer pillow too.

Very nice place, would recommend :))

Perfect location if you’re in Venice for the bienniale, but also close to San Marco. The rooms are in the Castello district which has a nice park, lots of nice places to eat and also a water bus stop close by. The rooms were even better than the picture, clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a communal kitchen with a small fridge and a microwave.

The only downside was the really small fridge in the kitchen as it was used by all the residents and there was no place in it.

Nice, clean room, just like in information. Good instructions to finding guest house. I liked location, peaceful but near restaurants. Nearest Vaporetto stop 5 minutes walk.

You can hear everything from the corridor. No fridge in the room.

The location was perfect. Only 20 minutes walk to St. Mark’s Square. A lot of cute restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

The wifi in the room could have been better, but we didn’t really care about the internet anyway 😊

Nice and clean place with good location and smooth checkin. Terrible breakfast..

The hotel is in a very good location. Close to city centre and also boat transfer to the islands. Simple automatic check in process so it didnt matter that we arrived in the evening. Nice and clean rooms. Quick to reply to questions. Overall a nice and smooth stay for a couple of days.

My northern european breakfast expectations might differ from an italians. But I read that breakfast was included when i booked this. What I got was 2 tiny dried toast pieces and one single plastic wrapped supermarket croissant and one cup of coffee...and that was it. Never had such a miniscule and economic breakfast on a hotel before. And I've traveled a lot. Apart from the breakfast, only other downsids were that the rooms have thin walls so could be wise to bring earplugs. And the hotel has no reception so no visible staff to ask questions. Also no place to lock in luggage.
