The location and the staff were wonderful
The facilities are old and a bit broken. The breakfast was poor.

Situated on a lovely beach with magnificent view of Phi Phi Lei Island.
It was very dilapidated and run down. Seriously needs refurbishing.

The view from the room was nice.
The telephone in the room didn’t work we had to call the manager on her mobile to get any support. There was no room service after 8pm.
Getting to the resort from the boat was a challenge. And there were too many monkeys around. Monkeys took away our sandals from the balcony.

Great quiet location, right on the beach, lovely pool and staff were great. Breakfast was basic but some options of rice, noodles, toast, fruit, tea/coffee.
Everything was great.

LOCATION! Just wow. Long Beach is amazing. We saw sharks, nemo, some of nemo’s friends and lots of other fish while snorkelling. Beautiful beach, very close to Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon and Bamboo Island. You can book a private tour with longtail boats for a reasonable price from Long Beach. The evenings and the sunsets were divine. Not many restaurant options around. Not a place to stay for party people. Very calm beach.
There were monkeys that were trashing the place, but it was funny :) Not get too close though!
We got a free upgrade, but our friends didn’t. One night we had a cockroach in our bathroom, but this is normal in Thailand, you’re basically in the jungle.
The facilities could be improved. The price is waaaay to high for the comfort you get. Breakfast was very poor. With a little more attention, this place could be paradise.

The location is stunning with fabulous views, the beach is great. Shark Point, close to hotel, is swimmable to and whilst snorkelling I was lucky to see 6 black tip reef sharks.
The WiFi and air con was very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were not open but luckily there are three excellent restaurants on Long Beach within other hotels which we used.

The location. Otherwise.... I'd rather chosen another hotel.
- Cockroachs in the room (had to ask 5 times for a bomb)
- No hot water
- Bed matress super hard (but hopefully they fixed it by adding an extra layer)
- Difficult to communicate with the staff

The resort is located on an amazing beach, with snorkeling sites reachable from the beach. The manager was nice and gave upgraded us to a bigger and easier-to-reach villa.
The resort is old and tired, it needs quite a bit of maintenance to bring it up to the level of a 3-stars hotel. The room was big but poorly maintained; the bed too hard; we had no hot water the first day, but the problem was fixed promptly. Except from the manager, the local staff did not speak English. The breakfast was poor, very limited selection of non-Asian food. The resort has not restaurant, no bar: to get a drink or a coffee or an ice-cream you need to go to neighbouring resorts; all in all not a good value for money, especially during the holidays season prices were inflated and too expensive for the quality of facilities and services

Amazing location
Lack of services
3.0 / 5.0
the location is stunning - unfortunately the resort itself feels a bit run down - the rooms are generally quite nice but needing a bit a maintenance. The shared areas are basically non existent (the bar is closed and the only options for refreshments are water and beer). The included breakfast is quite poor, with very limited choice of food (unlabelled - so you have to open every single pot to check what’s inside). We ended up having lunch and dinner at nearby resorts.
The shared areas are definitely not up to the standards - I am not sure if this is caused by the post covid period but it should be advertised.

Long Beach was a relaxing paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel was not up to the standards portrayed in the images. Food options were limited.

Aircon was Amazing and the water that was supplied was much appreciated!
The shower wasn't good at all! No hot water and the drain didn't work.
2.0 / 5.0
The staff carried out baggage off the boat when we arrived and again when we left
The furniture in the restaurant was sticky and each time I used it I had to especially ask for the table and chairs to be cleaned. The room smelt of damp and the bathroom looked worse for wear

very chill vibes, quiet atmosphere and clear sea water. the swimming pool isn’t big but clean. there’s free water activities equipments for the guests such as kayaking, paddle board, etc. all stuffs are very friendly and all food at the restaurant are delicious.
the location is very far from the town so there’s less restaurant or activity options, you have to go to the town for massage, shopping, etc.

staff were rather un helpful, the shower was blocked the door to the balcony was broken so super hard to lock, we let the manager know the kettle was broken he just told us to plug it in which it was but the button wasn’t working, he then said he would sort it but didn’t, he did give us a mattress topper as the bed was super super hard after us asking for one (felt like it was just the box spring) but it didn’t do much the air conditioning also wasn’t cooling the room, we walked further down the beach and found a new hotel to stay at on the other end which was amazing, I would not recommend staying in this hotel

Fantastic beach. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
The resort is in need of rehabilitation, not only the rooms but also everything around. The swimming pool was good, clean and nice but very small. The staff should speak better English.

Staff at the top, helpful, friendly, always at disposition (super kind owner), in line with the lovely thai style. Price very competitive. For us, location was perfect, isolated, charming Long beach (the time we got there, sea water was almost perfect, flat and transparent), wonderful typical tropical relaxing experience. Very very nice breakfast (loved the lady preparing it), beautiful terrace area, huge tropical tree just in front for those who seek some cover from sun for a nap on the beach. At 15 minutes walk you also have LooMooDee beach, which is even more isolated, and at least when we got there seemed some sort of lost paradise (I am afraid due to Covid). Super quality/price compared to other locations nearby. Kayaks and towels are offered for free to guests. Hope tourism will return soon to Thailand, but at the same time I hope that won't ruin the wonderfully calm atmosphere of long beach area.
Well, talkin' about location, I guess it's pretty subjective and related to what you are looking from Ko Phiphi; if you are looking for nightlife, movida, meeting other people, and do not care about crowds, maybe this place wont' suit you (at least when we got there, still Covid19 rules running, most of the LongBeach area activities were closed) 'cause it is 30 minutes walk from town (or 10 minutes by taxi boat). Our room was ok, maybe not super cleaned but ok, I do not know from how much time they re-opened (April 2022) but seemed sort of not-very-well-fixed after being closed (the shower wasn't in a very good shape, but worked properly). These things told, we have been really really good, no porblem at all at least for us.

all is OK

Perfect location on a stunning beach. Impeccable cleanliness. Chef Nui is very friendly, attentive and concerned about the well being of guests, she definitely makes the difference at the resort. The food is delicious. The Manager is also very attentive and helpful. The resort provides free snorkel gear and towels. It is allowed to leave luggage at reception after checkout and use a changing room to shower before leaving. There is a trail along the coast with incredible views and it takes 25 minutes to walk into town.
The resort is under renovation and is visibly operating with fewer resources than usual, I believe because of the pandemic. Breakfast is basic, although the chef makes a delicious omelet to the guest's taste, at least a coffee machine is necessary, as only soluble coffee is not reasonable for a resort in Long Beach. The bed is a little uncomfortable. And definitely the ambient music is something that needs to be revisited because it's a sadness that doesn't match at all with the stunning landscape.
