Tutto sommato eravamo in ferie e quindi va bene così questa volta

La posizione della casa con facilità di parcheggio auto, Wi-Fi eccellente su tutta la casa

La lista è lunga purtroppo, camera da letto piccola, con un solo comodino, l’armadio cabina con passaggio di un tubo pluviale, il bagno con doccia diversa sul sito, bidet attaccato completamente al mobile lavabo, luce specchiera lavabo non funzionante quindi difficoltà di farsi la barba, scarico doccia semi otturato, cucina non c’è uno scolapiatti, neanche il tostapane, il microonde si ma la presa e semi distrutta come alcune prese semi staccate in giro per la casa, poi sulla portafinestra d’ingresso ci volevano almeno delle tende giusto per non farsi vedere da ci passa da fuori senza chiudere le persiane e accendere le luci…ma la cosa più fastidiosa è che al piano superiore stanno restituendo un appartamento e gli operai iniziavano alle 7:30/8:00 di continuo con martello pneumatico trapani e mazzetta cosa insostenibile essendo in vacanza uscire di casa per non farsi venire il mal di testa… consiglio di dare una sistemata all’impianto e luci e scolapiatti prima di affittare

Easy to book and gain entry and leave, so that was convenient as was the location. the apartment needs some love and car

quite run down. we stepped inside and it was a musty damp smell. lights in bathroom didn’t work, kettle had scaling flakes floating around, bed needs to be thrown….

Amazing time at Casa Real in Playa Blanca

Amazing Apartment with nice kitchen. Everything we needed was there! Really simple interior and lots of space. The garden is breathtaking. Super location, near the beach and restaurants+bars. We also drove to station Las Coloradas and then went to Papagayo beach by foot. Check in easy via Pin Code and keys. Playa Blanca is really beautiful and we would absolutely recommend staying at Casa Real. Thank you for everything!

Sometimes you hear music from another hotel nearby but it‘s totally acceptable

We won't go back.

The complex was very attractive. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes. There was a supermarket at the corner of the road.

We arrived early and the cleaners were still there and a phone call got us permission to stay. We found that the sheets on the bed and the sofa's cover were still damp. There was almost no bedding but this was provided following a phone call. The house had no heating or cooling and the outside temperature was 19c. The house itself felt even colder. This is an apartment but basic items such as a pot-scourer and pepper were absent. The hob worked but the oven did not. I sent a text to report this but there was no reply.

Pleasant

The location was very good and the place nice and quiet. All the restaurants and bars etc were all a short walk away.

The lack of usable patio furniture, it is a holiday let in a warm place and we couldn’t use the patio to sunbathe or to eat outside, this is something we enjoy on holiday. I had to go out and buy four garden chairs for us to use during our five week stay(I took these to the local charity store before I came home). I also was shocked that the bed was made up for us and that it was obvious to all that we couldn’t sleep in it as most of it was broken or just not there.

Basic accomodation saved by position , and outside space let down by basic cleanliness and decoration , requires beds &a

location was reasonable between Costa Blanca main town and the newer Rubican area - situation was private and reasonably quiet - easy car parking close to apartment.

beds were uncomfortable and very old - no heating available for cooler nights or air conditioning - settees in lounge need covers and cleaning and no cushions - pillows for beds were old , stained and had no support - in general property requires updating , decoration and a thorough clean.

A memorable holiday with my mum

Location Quiet Spacious Good Wifi Outside area at the back which caught the sun more. When it was warm enough & not windy it was pleasant to sit out there & have breakfast.

Due to the cool weather we found the lounge/dining room cool in the evenings. Lacked a few facilities like a tin opener, wine glasses, iron & ironing board. The lounge area was quite basic. Would have liked a few cushions on the sofas.

Lovely stay

Great happy with all

It had great room all over and bed very comfy

No sharp knife to cook meat ect.need an extra saucepan .need an english channel on tv.could of done phone call about getting in by ringing me or text direct cus it was comuication on whatsapp and i dont have my internet on all the time cus im limited on my internet allowance .
