Old room and especially bathroom,no need to publish pictures ,need some maintenance

Unfortunately I come only for sleep

When parking is full so you have to park outside far of hotel ,they don't help and rude, I prefer to put someone in reception talking the Arabic language also to better communicate

السعر مناسب جدا يوجد مواقف خاصه

رائحه عند الممر عن الغرفه غير جيده عند وصولي للفندق انتظار اكثر من عشر دقائق فقط موظف واحد وهذا الشي سلبي وانا جاي من سفر المفترض الدخول سريع دوره المياه لا يوجد حذا

الموقع والاطلالة

مكتوب في بوكينق حوض إستحمام ولا يوجد. النظافة لم توافق التوقعات. لا يوجد فرش أسنان ومعجون . السرير والوسائد غير مريحه. الستارة لا تعمل بالشكل المطلوب.

ضيعنا كارد باب الغرفة … اخذوا 50 ريال قطري غرامه ما ادري ليش نع انه كارد عادي .. ويأخذوا مبلغ كبير للتأمين تسترجعه عند الخروج

الموقع قريب والسوبرماركت قريبه والمسجد ايضا والنظافه والغرف واسعه وشرحه ولم اجرب البوفيه اذا كان في بوفيه

اللوبي ضيق ومواقف ضيقه ويتقصه خدمات دورة المياه وخدمات الاطفال وخدمة التحميل الشناط ضعيفه واتمنى انهم يهتمون بهالاشياء هذي وبعدها سأكرر زيارتي وكذلك الاسعار مقابل الخدمات ينظر فيها

Location

I am moving around hotels in Doha for the last 6 months , and among all this was the worst check-in I ever made. Reception: Sir, you need to pay a deposit for damages. Me: What is the deposit for damages ? No one ever asked me for this in Doha. Reception: This is policy by all 3,4 and 5 hotels in Doha Me: That is not true , I went to all type of hotels and no one ever asked for this, do you have a bar in the room so you need insurance Reception: No, it's for your damages ME: OK, please proceed but I making a bad review for that Reception: Sir if you don't like our policy you don't have to checkin you can go out. Me: No please proceed in my check in I need to sleep. Reception: Then why bad review Me:..... Rec:..... Me:....Rec:... 10 minutes negotiation then I said I wasted a lot of time please take the deposit in cash and let me in I paid in cash, but the returned money was missing the room fees. I asked her, please I need to pay room with card I need the cash. Reception: sorry we don't return money Me: Return what money I need to pay deposit in cash and the remaining with card. Reception: What is done is done, and the transaction is recorded and there is nothing I can do for you. I walked away before I do something to regret. On top of that my first room smelled terrible and had to change , and the whole hotel have strange bad smell. At check-out it took me 30 minutes of shouting and threats to report to authorities just to convince reception to stamp(seal) my invoice, and he keep saying system do not allow (I don't know what is the relation of system and stamping paper) Terrible experience and not recommended at all . Most of Doha hotels within the same price have much, much better customer service and regulations, and this is the first hotel that smells that bad.
