Had our closest family stay here for our wedding down the street. Had our welcome party, and after rehearsal party here. Was so great!

A group of 18 of us stayed at Camp Congress for 5 days. We are classmates from graduate school and are all in our 50s. We live to get together once a year in fun areas of the world. We found this property and figured it would be ideal for our group as we are pretty much self-entertaining.
The group LOVED it. The multiple hang out areas, the location, the cleanliness, and the exception communication from the hosts were stand outs.
The airstreams range in comfort level and a few of the showers were a bit "wonky" but that is part of the whole experience. We took advantage of watching a college basketball game in the "cave", played ping pong, bags/cornhole, utilized the fire pit, and played epic games inside the house. We drank our morning coffee outside on the upstairs deck and discussed the antics of the previous night. The owner and property manager is absolutely delightful and brought us extra firewood, as well as offered an early check in and a late check out. We all talked about how we would love to return. I would highly highly recommend this property for a big group that likes to have fun. Just be aware that the airstream experience is not for everyone but it certainly was for this group.

We used this property as our wedding party's headquarters and it was perfect for our Austin wedding. The property managers were beyond accommodating and helpful! We were able to use the space for all our needs, and even as our wedding after party space. This location is amazing and a wow show-stopper of a place to host out of towners and friends visiting. We had a blast using the outside space and even hosted silent disco in the bar 'cave' area. This made our wedding weekend and are so happy with the property and it's managers. Highly recommend for a great Austin spot for friends!

We had a group of 14 friends staying for the Formula 1 race, bat bridge and general Austin shenanigans and it was awesome! Will, the owner along with his crew were very responsive and helpful! Everyone was impressed with the unique property in such a great and convenient location! We took advantage of the kegerator and most of the airstreams along with the house! Would definitely recommend for a group looking for a great spot close to shopping, food and the bar bridge! Such a cool experience! Great stay!

Stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding. Utilized the space for a welcome party the night before the wedding and it was perfect. All the out of town guests loved the Austin feel and the big trees with lights over the property. Host was responsive. House had everything you would need. Cannot beat the location. This is a gem. You must stay here!

Amazing property, great location. Could not have been any more perfect for our party. Top notch host that make sure your stay is everything you were hoping for.

What an amazing experience! The location was perfect, within a brief walk to a ton of incredible restaurants, shops, and music venues. The home was spacious and immaculate, and the Airstreams were a complete blast. We had everything we required for our stay at this location. The host was kind and adaptable, and he went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable trip. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, particularly groups, who are looking for a great place to stay in Austin.

Fantastic property for a few families or a group of friends. Clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Airstreams are fun for kids and adults. Owner and property manager were friendly and available if needed. One of the best locations with lots of restaurants, bars and music within walking distance. Higley recommend and will definitely be staying again!

We stayed here for my buddy's bachelor party with a group of about 20 guys. Will and Joe were extremely responsive and accommodating. Sleeping in an Airstream trailer was a fun and unique experience with a really cool vintage feel- it felt very "Austin!" Highly recommended, particularly if your group is looking for a property that is a bit unconventional.

Our booking coincided with the end of a devastating ice storm in Austin. Despite that, Miles (host) went absolutely above and beyond to ensure our whole group was safe and warm, and that the property was ready for us. Additionally, Joe (property manager) was highly responsive and helpful with all our questions and needs throughout our stay! You will be well cared for by the Camp Congress team. They are truly good, caring people.
As for the property: it is quirky, unique, and eccentric -- the absolute perfect match for Austin's overall vibe. As soon as our group walked onto the property, their eyes got big with excitement for the cool, positive energy of Camp Congress. "This is SO COOL!" they kept saying. There was lots of space to house our group of 15, plus all the outdoor space was incredible once the weather warmed up. We were obsessed with the ping pong table and spent each night around the fire pit. All the TVs can be utilized for work presentations (we were there for a work retreat) which was particularly helpful. The carriage house is older and creaky -- which I loved -- but something to note if you don't like houses with hard wood floors and character. You will not find a better location in Austin for your group, with a trendy neighborhood including bars, shops, and cafes just steps out the front door, but the feeling of seclusion and privacy when you're actually on site. Would absolutely book again!

Camp Congress delivered and then some. We were 9 couples, so the private spaces for everyone worked out great. As did the communal spaces, especially the outdoor ones. The massive canopy of trees and the lights at night combined to make it an ideal hangout for our group. The location is excellent, too: plenty of eating and drinking and music options right around there, and a short scooter ride across the river to more. Couldn't recommend this place more highly, especially to large groups.

We had an amazing time at camp congress! I was initially worried as to how we were going to house 20 people, but this venue came through. AC in the airstreams, quality bedrooms inside, everything was perfect. You can tell this house has a lot of thought out into it. And the vibes are amazing. Location on south congress can’t be beat. Can’t wait to rent this place out again in the future!

The place was amazing! We had a small group of friends stay here and the location was amazing. Close to a lot of entertainment and dining. The communication and reliability of the property managers and the team were second to none. Really great people. If you need anything Will and his Team will ensure your stay is comfortable and everyone in your party is accommodated. Thank you again for our stay Will and your Team!

We had 18 guys come in from all over the country. Will was a great host and the property/set up/location were perfect for our needs. Hot weather this weekend, but full tree cover and lots of available AC had us comfortable. Music and great food all near by.

I planned a bachelorette party for my sister and every one of us (20 girls) had the BEST time at Camp Congress! The property was honestly better than the pictures showed & we were in HEAVEN!!! We even ended up hanging out here more than planned because it had more than we even needed. On top of how perfect the property was - the owner, Will (& property manager , Joe) could not have been any more helpful!!! Will made sure to check in with us daily, offered the best suggestions of things to do, places to see, AND even left things for us to use that we didn't have/think to bring (bug spray, cooler for a boat trip, etc). I cannot recommend staying here enough. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! We're all so sad that our weekend here has come to an end because we had the most amazing time. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH WILL!! <3

This property is truly like no other. We were 19 women traveling to Austin for a weekend of fun. This property did not disappoint! My initial concern was that it would feel crowded but there is so much space. We all slept comfortably and were able to hang out in the various indoor and outdoor spaces. Being so close to restaurants and bars was a huge advantage. The location really could not be beat. And to have all of this private space right in the heart of Austin! Miles was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this VRBO for any large group.

Great spot for our bachelor party to enjoy the weekend. Plenty of outdoor space for hanging out. Ideal location to hit all the bar districts but also be away from the action for some quiet time.

Celebrated Christmas as a family of 8 and 3 of their friends and some dogs.
Don’t bring your dogs unless you’re going to walk them on leash on the property or leave someone behind to dog sit.
This property is not secure. The fence is not there to keep people that are strangers out. It’s not secure enough to allow your pets to roam or play off-leash.
We found several unsafe things on the property, like the dishwasher wooden facade that’s very heavy falling off any time you use the dishwasher. We finally just took it off and put it secured against the dining room wall. But then the dishwasher was super hard to open.
The oven has a wooden piece that kept falling off. So we had to put that next to the dish washer facade. One drawer won’t open due to the oven being in the way.
Then we found the most unsafe place in the house… the iron spiral stairwell that rounded down to the downstairs was scary loose. But the owner came to fix that so we were thankful. The dishwasher issue wasn’t fixed and neither was the oven.
The parking issues was not good. We had 4 cars, but multiple people trying to park in the spaces designated for guests. We had to call the police on the guy who parked right in front of the driveway blocking entry/exit for everyone. We were trying to go out as a family to eat the day before Christmas. Leaving the property at all is a risk. Easy to jump the fence and enter the house and airstreams. Plus, construction workers on the property were supposed to inform us that they would be there. They didn’t.
Just don’t bring anything with you that is important to you. The description should be updated. This was more stressful than relaxing and fun.

This is a unique and very cool property. It consists of a house, six airstreams, two decks, a covered bar area and several outdoor hangout spots. Part of this property and the adjacent properties are currently under renovation. The construction crew arrived every day (except Sunday) about 5:45 AM. We held a wedding rehearsal party with 75 guests and the 2 house bathrooms were difficult for some to access. The current traffic flow is awkward for events as both floors of the house involve walking up a long flight of outdoor stairs (which are not super well lit) or out one property gate and in another, which could be a problem for security, pets or those with mobility issues. In addition, you can get from the top to lower floors inside the house using a very tight spiral staircase but some of our guests were not comfortable with that. Other things to know if you are hosting an event with any guests who have limited mobility is that the driveway entrance is very steep, there is limited onsite/off street parking and the lighting in the driveway is not good. BUT ....with the above caveats, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a classic Austin vibe in a fantastic SoCo location. Miles and Joe were responsive and addressed any issues promptly. There's just nothing else to compare to Camp Congress and it will be even more amazing once the construction is complete,

This place was perfect for our bachelor party group. Tons of space, lots to do, and an amazing location. Highly recommend!

This place was simply perfect for us. The location could not be better. This is simply the best setup for a large group and for hosting a party. It has everything and whatever we needed, Miles was there to help. What a wonderful property near restaurants, the river walk and two blocks from the Congress Ave bridge, famous for the bats that live there. Thanks, Miles.

Had the pleasure of staying here with 15 friends for a rowdy weekend in Austin. This place was a dream for our group. It's perfectly positioned near all South Congress has to offer and a quick Uber ride from everything else. Willis and team could not have been more attentive and made our stay even better. Hope to return!

Had a 25 person Bachelor party over the weekend and Miles/Will and Joe made sure we had a blast. They allowed us to check-in a little early and made sure we had two kegs ready to go when we got there. The location was great, walking distance to a bunch of good spots, or a $10 ride to any bar. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Great spot for a party with music systems, tables, a kegerator, and a pong table. The house is comfortable to stay in, but sleeping in the airstreams was just not for us.
