Camarillo's finest location in Las Posas Estates. Best climate in the world. Home is completely furnished. The gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances, large island & built in wine cooler. Formal dining room opens up to the backyard that's perfect for entertaining. Spacious living room has a lovely fireplace. Large Master bedroom has views and access to the private peaceful outdoor setting. Master bath is exquisitely designed with Quartz stone, roman tub for relaxing and a separate shower. Every bathroom has been upgraded with a unique design. The family will love the 2nd bathroom designed in flagstone including shower. Home is approx 2400 sq. ft. and can easily accommodate 10 people. The home was very comfortable and our 3-generation family especially enjoyed the huge and very private outdoor pool area. The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded; however, it was close to shopping and other conveniences.

We ladies enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful house. The place was spacious enough for the six of us to spread out and a kitchen with enough room for all of the chefs in our group. The backyard was the shining glory. The pool was heated. There were plenty of chairs and tables in different seating arrangements so that we could have meals together outside or just lay out in our own nook. The plants and hillside off the back deck gave the whole place a tropical hide-away vibe. This house and location were just what we hoped for. I’d happily recommend this place for any family or group getaway.

Great property. Quiet Neighborhood. Pertfect for a large family. We attended a wedding had plenty of space. The oasis in the backyard is terrific. Highly Recommend.

This home suited our needs as far as the location and number of bedrooms but the home was dirty and needs updating. We had ants in one of the bathrooms which they had known about since there were cans of ant and roach spray in two locations. The carpet had bad dirty stains in one of the bedrooms. The washing machine and the dishwasher both leaked when used. I wish I could include the picture I took of the carpet. They charged a lot for cleaning but must be doing it themselves. Furnishings, bedding and such need to be replaced and updated.

This is our second time staying at this property and it will not be our last. I came with our women’s ministry for a ladies getaway. Patty met us on Thursday to get us settled in. As always she was so kind and made us feel so welcome. The property is a beautiful place to get away and relax. Our group came last year so it felt like we were back at our home away from home. We are already looking forward to next year.

We chose this home for family and friends to stay for my daughter wedding. The home was clean and beautiful. Located at a perfect area. Patty and Collin are superb! They are so considerate and thoughtful. (Supplied bottle waters in the refrigerator :)) Extra measure of kindness! Making sure that thermostat worked because of the hot weather. Thank you for making our weekend amazing.

The property was beautiful fully stocked and well maintained the family enjoyed the and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. My nephew and family that live in Oxnard came for dinner and there was plenty of seating area for everyone. I didn’t want our vacation to end. We will definitely return. We have stayed at several VRBO homes in the past 6 years and this one was our number 1. Thank you Colin and Patty for sharing your home.

Our family loved the property, especially the heated pool. The home was large and spacious. The home is older but very well maintained . The host was very responsive and addressed concerns immediately. There were minor connectivity issues with the WiFi and televisions but the issues were resolved quickly. I would recommend!

We came for my daughter's wedding and stayed at the home with our extended family from all over the States. it was so comfortable, relaxing and met all of our needs. More extended family stopped by to visit before heading home so it was a great gathering place for family photos and making memories.

As soon as they stepped into this amazing home, a personal call was made to the brides parents thanking them with excitement for allowing them to stay in this huge comfortable home. We were in town for a wedding and found the listing. We were so pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the house was. The heated pool and patio area were beautiful. With the landscaping they have it was very private . Tons of parking . And the owners were awesome. Very responsive to messages.

Great family venue. Quiet property with great outside pool, deck, fire pit. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room. Patty (host) communicates well and is easy to work with. Perfect access to 101 and beaches.

We needed an extra home to provide the comforts of "home" for our family who gathered for my 50th birthday celebration. The house was close to ours, very comfortable, and the host was exceptional. We will definitely be requesting for additional family visits.

Patty was absolutely fabulous to communicate with. She answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. This house feels like a Home. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this home, we were not afraid to live in for a week. It was very clean, and easy to be comfortable. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and extras. The pool was beautiful, heated and an added enjoyment to our trip. Our daughters bridal party came over to get ready with hair & makeup artists. Everyone had more than enough room to use the restrooms, get dressed comfortably, eat, drink & be merry, making wonderful lifetime memories. You could very easily fit a family of 12 and not be cramped. Thank you again to Patty & Collin for letting us stay in thier home.

A wonderful home. Incredibly spacious kitchen. Only reason not 5* is emergency plumbing issues that arose just before check-in. Repairs already underway when we arrived and will presumably be completed before next guests arrive, if not already fixed.

There were 11 adults (ages 17 months to 62) who stayed together. This house is set up great for families. Our son was getting married at Gerry Ranch. We had Rehearsal Dinner at Twisted Oak Tavern. This was a PERFECT location. Patty met us at the house for check in and walked us through. It’s a fantastic yard and that’s where we spent most of our time!

We had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and spacious. We loved the pool and the huge backyard. This property was close enough to so many things including Disney, beaches, dolphin cruises, parasailing and many more adventures. Patty and Colin answered any questions we had right away. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back and stay again.
