Nice little place, difficult to find in the dark. Directions through VRBO made it more confusing.

The cabin was very cute and the location was awesome! It is right off the walking path to downtown Winthrop. We did experience a few issues though…first it is very hot in the house. The “swamp” coolers are not air conditioning and are really a pain. You have to constantly fill them up with a LOT of water and it takes like 10 or so trips to the sink to get enough water in them. It does cool down at night but two of the three nights we all slept downstairs because upstairs was unbearable. Second…the wasps. There were four wasp nests on the side of the house. The owner Eric was very quick to come spray and get rid of the nests which was great. But he needed to come twice and even after that there is still a hive in the siding of the house with lots of bees. So we didn’t want our kids running around outside. Third, the upstairs fire alarm would not stop chirping the last night. We replaced the battery but it continued. Last, there’s no dishwasher

What great space! The home is beautiful and in an outstanding location! Close to everything in town yet away from the hubbub! It had everything I needed for my 3 day stay and I couldn't have been happier! I've already booked my return trip for next year!

The property is nice, clean, close to town, but zero air conditioning, not even a portable that has a hose to toss out a window. We were there in 85 degree temps and it was hot, I can’t imagine how sweltering it would be if it were 100+.
Love that it’s dog friendly, although this time I opted to not bring my dog.
Neighborhood is cute, with several small homes/cabins.
Even with no air, I give this cute place five stars. But hope they take note and head to Wally World and grab a couple $300 portable AC units.

We had a great time and I’d stay here again. Things to keep in mind though - two toilets but only one shower. Shower is pretty small and needs to be updated. Upstairs bedrooms are also pretty cramped. It was fine for two guests but 4+ would be very tight. Also, not an issue for us but no TV.
Amazing location in town, right next to a walking trail. Close to coffee shop and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked which was awesome. Had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast.

Great trip, perfect location. Was cool to be able to see when the balloons were getting inflated so we could drive right over for the event. Close to town. Was perfect for the weekend. Looking at other properties through this company for next year since we will have a larger group.

It was cute and well-appoinnted! Thank you!

Nice property close to everything. Quiet and peaceful fully stocked with more than you would ever need in the kitchen! 15 minute walk into town. Liked sitting on front porch with morning coffee, but the sun hits you so hard you can’t stay out for only a few minutes, it needs some sort of sun shade, that would be the only concern we had. Very enjoyable we would definitely go back!

Everything was super the only thing I could think of what that was negative is that there was too much pet hair for us left behind by the previous owner.

Perfect place to stay for a family reunion in twisp.

Overall, loved the cabin and location. It does need a few maintenance things taken care of, like the shower drain needs cleared, footstool foot needs repaired, microwave grill needs repaired and lawn was growing wild! All little items, and they would not keep me from renting again.

We had to work a wedding for the weekend. It was a perfect place for us to stay. Very clean and well kept.

Clean, comfortable and well located right across the bridge from town, an easy walk to breakfast sweets and the local pizza place.

Stayed with my partner, our 18 month old, and my partner's parents. Great location, close to the main drag, short walk to the grocery store, and right on the bike path. The house was well equipped, clean, and easy to get into. We especially loved the porch and the dog friendly touches!

This was our second time staying at the Little Bear Cabin and it was just as wonderful as the first trip two years ago. The cabin is a modest size but well equipped with everything that a winter cabin needs—from an ample kitchen to a fire place to hooks and cubbies everywhere to hang and store your ski gear. It's within walking distance to the ski rink and downtown. Also abuts an XC ski trail that connects with the the greater ski trail system of dozens of XC miles. We ate at the Arrowleaf Bistro, which is also within walking distance, and was excellent. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll be back!

This cabin was perfect-walkable to the downtown but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The 14-50 nema outlet for EV charging was perfect! We’ve relied on public EV charging in Winthrop in the past and it’s not worth the stress, having charging onsite is a must have for us now. We loved our stay, our dog loved the place too. We will definitely come back to stay at little bear when we are in Winthrop again.

My sisters, daughter& I stayed here for my other daughters wedding in town. It was a perfect size and comfortable for our “nest” on a chaotic weekend . Everything we needed was there and there was enough room to be together and apart

Home away from home
We rented the house for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. The kids loved watching the deer. The house was ver accessible to town. We will definitely be back!

We loved our time at Little Bear. The access to beautiful trails to quickly get downtown or out for a wander is wonderful. The cabin is laid out so well and the setting is lovely.

When I reviewed the satellite view, it showed one home on the back side of the property. Didn't realize we'd be in a neighborhood, filled with homes, with a road in front and a walking path. Made it work, but not what we're looking for.
