About this apartment rental
Nestled amongst our native ponderosa pines, this spacious, light filled 3-bedroom and 2 ½ baths condominium offers comfort and amenities of home. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The large king-bed master suite has a 2-sink bathroom and AC unit. The two queen rooms share a bath with tub. An additional half bath is downstairs. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan.
The fully equipped kitchen might entice you to stay put and cook since the Thriftway grocery store is down the hill, though the couple of fine restaurants also within walking distance may dissuade you. And Winthrop town is only 1.5 miles away. Yes, you can walk there, too, via the Susie Stephens trail from the condo. Afterwards, you can enjoy the gas fireplace, watch Netflix on TV or share some laughter by playing board games. How about a 1000- piece puzzle on the national parks?
The back deck is a fine place to sip coffee/tea and watch the sun rise over the mountains. Or relish the evening and BBQ on the propane grill.
With bike/ski trails and the river easily accessible, the condo is a convenient location for your summer and winter adventures. If you need to wax your skis or fix your bike, the large garage is available for guest use(NO Parking in the garage)

We chose this property thinking it was a unit we had stayed in previously. (Same management company). It was not as nice - no back yard. Also, the grill did not work - it had corroded battery in starter. We discovered that too late to go find another battery which may not have worked anyway. Amenities (kitchen and bathroom) were fine, but not as nice as our own (we are a host in Oklahoma), so we were a little disappointed by that.

Condo was great, host went above and beyond with amenities. View was good also
Would stay again

The location of this property was fantastic! Short bike ride to the grocery store, tubing spots, and other festivities. The back deck was great to BBQ and chat with family. Extremely quiet place with a very welcoming atmosphere. The garage use was great for our bicycles. The house was clean, had plenty of items to facilitate cooking and cleaning.
The property only had a few downsides that we noticed. The first and foremost was the weak AC unit. We arrived to the interior of the home at 85 degrees with no fans or air going. Luckily, we brought 2 large fans to help the cooling process. While the home was really clean, we did notice a ton of small maintenance items that need to be completed:
- The living room smoke detector was going off (we had to temporarily remove it due to the noise)
- BBQ propane was really low / empty (We ended up having to buy one for $80)
- Lights in the downstairs bathroom are going out and flickering, along with a really loose toilet seat.
- The previous guest left towels and sheets in the washer which weren't found until day 2. (We didn't need them but washed them anyways, as the smell was horrible)
All small things that didn't impact our overall experience. This is a great place to stay and perfect for friends & family. The guest notebook of memories was an awesome touch!
