Big group stay
I stayed here recently with 19 others. The house is spacious and it fit us all comfortably and we didn't feel we were on top of each other. It is in a great location and only a minute walk to the seafront. House is nicely decorated, however some areas of the house could have done with a good clean and some areas of the house were dusty.

Great accommodation
We had a lovely weekend here! Would be handy if they could fix the sink so you can wash up and the pidgeon problem as they are very noisy and in the room above them the girls staying in there couldn’t sleep due to the noise! Other than that we had a great time here! Loved the back wall and bar! Super easy check in too!! Thank you thank you!

Good for big group
Great to sleep so many people, but few issues. The roof started to leak in one of the rooms, one of the bathrooms was out of order which we weren't told about in advance (this room was also the karaoke room which was a real draw for the property and very disappointing not to have access to), the blue downstairs living room light was on a strange timer which lasted only a few minutes, and finally the roof terrace was absolutely covered in bird poo and cigarette buts. The kitchen and bedrooms were nice and its an amazing location. Check in was difficult as we were given an incorrect email address for the property manager.
