Location, location, location! - Carpark just underneath apartments (which was a bit of a mission to get to but being so central you have to expect that) so it was a nice easy arrival. Everything went to plan and the apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need. It's not luxury but they've done a great job with what they've got.
Can't really complain about anything. I guess the apartment could do with a bit of modernisation but then they could demand a higher price and there's no real need as you've got everything you need, it's clean and tidy, and you don't spend much time in it anyway!

The location was good, right in The Lanes, and the ensuite was a good size.
I was not provided with the correct check in details, or given a door number for which property I had reserved. The property had not been cleaned when I entered at about 5pm. We couldn’t use both showers at the same time as they both used mains water (having one of them as an electric shower could solve this), the duvet for the sofa bed was not clean, as well as part of the sofa bed being broken. The kitchen was not fully equipped; no oven gloves, 2 x small saucepan lid but no saucepans, one tea towel, no surface cleaner, and we also had issues using the hobs - one wouldn’t stop clicking and the other would not induct at all. The thermostat had no batteries in it, so heating could not be used.

Excellent location. Modern and clean apartment. Tea and Coffee provided.
Directions to parking were very poor (it took us an hour and a half to find, Google maps doesn't work well for the area). Initially lacking towels, blankets, spare key and WiFi access.

Wrong advertising on booking.com property that was listed said it had a sofa bed and balcony which wasn’t the case at all. The reason I had booked this place was because it had 2 beds but that’s a big lie! Apartment was dirty all in between the couch was filthy disgusting the room upstairs was even worse no hangers and all the drawers were falling off the furniture. I called the person looking after the property and was met with complete rudeness he could not have cared less I was extremely frustrated and never heard anything back from him or booking.com the next day.

Great location for our trip to Brighton for my son’s wedding.
Parking was great so no long walks with luggage and good for my disabled grandson.
Met by a stand in host, can’t remember his name sorry, but he was so lovely and helpful.
Very well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
Very noisy at night which can’t really be helped as in the centre of town. However, updating windows would help to keep noise out as there were big gaps around some of them which was also draughty.

Online Parking is not available always and it is difficult to find any parking nearby

Stayed here many times. In the heart of Brighton.
Fantastic location can walk every where.
Very comfortable. Everything you need for a family break.
Highly recommend
Parking is available but would recommend you walk the route before you drive in. As it’s hard to find.
Price for parking is cheaper as will cost over £40.00 for 24hours in the other car parks.
Would recommend parking at property. Just want to say it’s in a Pedestrian zone with lots of people walking about and quite hard to find.
Few stains on carpet. Painting wasn’t finished on some walls. No tea towel in kitchen for drying up.
But apartments are being refurbished at the minute.

Incredible location, right in the centre of Brighton. Amazing bars and restaurants just below it and it's a short walk to the beach and pier.
The facilities were great with everything you need! Dishwasher and washing machine even small details like tablets for washing machine and dishwasher. Also the accommodation has parking right downstairs which is super handy too!
The Lino on the bathroom floor was very dark and you could see around the edges the color it used to be, it just looks super dirty and not really where you want be walking in your bare feet.

Very nice place, great location.
Heating wasn't working consistently. It would turn off and on every 20 mins

Location is great
Noisy and the blinds let in too much light

Location was excellent in terms of being close to shops, however it was up a steep set of stairs as the apartment was located above the shops. Nice touches like free biscuits, and very clean kitchen / bathroom
Listing for accommodation is misleading stating "parking available" which suggests there is free parking. However, after booking, we got an email detailing the parking charges - which were not cheap! We thought the cost of accommodation included free parking. This apartment is expensive when having to add parking fees on top.
There were no light bulbs in the lamps in the lounge and bedroom, and no light bulbs in the ceiling on the landing, bath was very slippery, and needed a rubber non slip mat

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Brighton, access to everything easily and plenty of shops and restaurants within a stones throw. The property was spacious and ‘homely’ and seemed a shame we were only there one night!
It wasn’t easy to find, the instructions don’t say to turn off from the square so we struggled there. The front door takes a knack and we got stuck inside at one point! There were no items to wash up with or tablets for the dishwasher so we had to leave our dishes. (Hopefully a one off) There are no mirrors bar one in the bathroom.
We didn’t use the parking after reading the reviews but I did see people going in and out

Nothing - we never got through the front door.
We were contacted the morning of our stay to be informed that the apartment we had booked was now ‘unavailable’ and that they could provide alternative accommodation for us. At such short notice we had no choice but to accept the offer and were assured the new location was on par with what we had booked. However, when arriving at the new location we discovered that it was a run down flat with an endless amount of issues inside, including damp, loose electrical points and taped up windows. The property was also directly above a pub that had loud music shaking the foundations which we were not warned about prior to entry. We stayed in the apartment for no longer than 30 minutes before picking up our belongings and finding alternative accommodation. Will never book with this company again.

Nothing, the pictures did not match what they provided us.
The fact that we were mis sold, the pictures of apartment does not match. There was no hot water or heating. After continuous phone calls and promises of someone coming to fix it, no one did. We had a 5 year old at the property. Totally unacceptable. It wasn’t clean, the bath had mould and small hairs and dirt. There were damp circles in the ceiling. The main light in living was broken. Deep clean hasn’t been done, dust and grime. The way the man we spoke to us, he was giving us the talk of doing something but didn’t deliver, until the day after. Empty promises. No response from texts and photos of our disappointing experience.

The flat was spacious, beautifully clean and perfect for our stay. The free parking was definitely a bonus too. Everything is within very easy walking distance.
The flat is right next to a bar which played very loud music to beyond 1am. Despite having our windows shut we got very little sleep.

The apartment was very clean & tidy. It was spacious for 6 people. The staff were v helpful. We were able to check in early & leave our bags on the last day as well.
It was a central location which was good but there was a bar on the same level as the apartment which we didn't know beforehand. It was noisy on the second night of our stay. Would not like to stay at a weekend. Ear plugs were provided.

It was such a lovely spot, in a great location and was absolutely perfect for our girls trip - we will definitely get in touch and book when we are next in Brighton!
Perhaps a late check in time, but I know that's not always possible.

Location is great
Everything was clean and well maintained.
Add some noise dampening double glazing and it would be a 10/10

The follow up upon our check in, how easy it was to get to the place and very convenient location. The communal areas are great and clean as well as close to all shops and restaurants.
The curtains, it would be great to have a full black out blind, but this is only as advice.

GREAT LOCATION AND I LIKE IT HOW IT IS SELF CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
IT IS A GREAT SIZE AND GREAT FACILITIES PROPERTY
WAS CLEAN ON ARRIVAL WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED
I THINK THE CURTAIN AND BLINDS COULD BE CHANGED IN THE MAIN ROOM AS THEY DO LET IN A LOT OF LIGHT IN IN THE MORNING SO WE WOKE UP QUITE EARLY.

The apartments were so central to everything we had planned, they had everything extra we needed including hair dryer, iron/ironing board, toiletries, tea/coffee/milk sachets/sugar and were kept clean. The host was so helpful and accommodating and the information provided was so detailed and helpful.
Nothing. They were perfect!

We're a family of five and had loads of room in this absolutely luxurious apartment, really did enjoy unwinding here after exploring Brighton's interesting lanes.
Liked the location, modern fittings and styling, kitchen, heating
Parking, but that's Brighton's lanes, so unavoidable yet manageable.

Entering the property was very easy.
The location was fantastic.
The beds are super comfy.
And the tea/coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch.
The Ikea sofa bed is a bit hard and not very comfortable, but for one night it was manageable. I'm not sure I'd suggest a week on it though.

central location, clean and secure.
being so central it was noisy on Saturday night with revellers shouting and screaming in the early hours which wouldn’t have bothered me too much normally but I needed an early night as I was running the Brighton half marathon Sunday morning.

the pathway to property was badly looked after, water pooling when wet and plants falling over in wind

Location, size, cleanliness, out of season price.
Potential noise from revellers due to central location, but that’s the same anywhere in Brighton really!
