Location is in beautiful area. House was in tough shape. Needs a lot of maintenance. Microwave did not work. Opened food left in dresser drawers and refrigerator. Carpet was dirty and house very dusty. Kitchen cabinet door and closet doors broken. Contacted property manager about multiple issues and after three days was offered a maintenance person. Paid big $$$ for a property that was not worth it.

Perfect house for me and 12 of my amigos for our annual golf trip. The house needs a little bit of updating but it looks like they are in the beginning stages of doing so. The beds are comfortable and I didn’t hear any negative feedback from anyone in the group. Would stay here again.
4.3
While the property is as advertised, the house is run down. Missing trim, Ill fitting screens, aluminum blinds, dirty shelves and corners.
Must have had some roofing work done as the deck and driveway were littered with tek screws and roofing nails. Not cool. Hard to find light switches and dimly lit spaces.
4.3
Home is not what is advertised.
This list could be very long so in short the homes items are either broke or don’t work at all. In example stove and burners along with leaking ceiling in kitchen that our three year old slipped and fell. VRBO should not allow this Skyrun company to list thru them it is bad all around. We expect a refund or unfortunately only will end up in court.

Plenty of rooms to spread out. Kids loved the game room. Adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was small as described but contained everything you might use. Every utensil and grill accessory, pots, (huge for making big meals) pans, 2 coffee pots, toaster, griddle, crock pot, all dinnerware needed. There was a starter pack for everything. And an extra refrigerator in the garage for our beverages. Everything was explained well and we had no problems except the dishwasher didn’t seem to work right and one dryer didn’t dry but that didn’t deter from our vacation. Sitting on the deck was wonderful and we saw some wildlife. There are two grills which are large. We were four families and had plenty of space and it was a great place to gather. A walking path and stream close by. Perfect for a family getaway.

Surprise Engagement Party
Love This Place And Definitely Had Enough Room To Accommodate My Family And Friends. Everything They Needed Was There And More. Costumer Service Josh When Reserving This Place Was Top Notch. There Were Minor Discrepancies But What Place Doesnt Have That No Place Is Perfect. Definitely Would Recommend Over And Over Again

Communication was great. The place is solid, yet has a few flaws. The house has certainly been used, which is to be expected. A couple of the cabinets were hanging by one screw, the stove top was very touchy and burners kept shutting off. The Hot tub needed to be fixed, the temperature throughout the house was very inconsistent, the garage door would almost shut and then go back up (needed to be held down), and the basement door handle was barely attached. Getting into the house was easy but the cleaning folks were running behind so we couldn't get into the home until shortly after check in time (4pm). All of this being said, this is still a solid house with a lot more good than bad. All of these things are things that are able to be adjusted/fixed. I wouldn't immediately book this place again before looking into other properties but it's not a bad option at all.

accommodated large family group with varying ages
Nice to have 3 different common spaces for different groups to gather.
Ski-in/ out trail at end of Gold King Way a huge plus.
Hot tub and sauna are great.
Kitchen is awkward (bad flow -- if someone is cooking at stove, there is no access to fridge or cabinets unless the person cooking moves out of the kitchen), and small (little counter space for prep) for the size of this house and meal prep took longer.

The Property Management company was super to work with & quick with responses!
The house had tons of space for my family of 17. There were areas that need to be updated, but all in all, it was a lovely home & we were there to be all together as a family ❤

Great for skiing
So close to the bus stop and if you are capable, it is pretty easy to ski in/ski out

Everything close to town to stay was great

The only complaint is that at 2500 a night. Firewood should be included. We travel often and even cabins that are 250 a night have Firewood included. Also. The 3rd floor is very hot. Otherwise the place was great. Shuttle was easy to go ski. Kitchen had everything thing needed because we cooked every meal due to the amount of people staying. The sauna and hot tub were great. And our older teenager boys played pool all day after skiing. The heated garage was definitely a plus.

The house was perfect for what we needed. But it needs some detail cleaning (floors and baseboards needs to be cleaned) and the blinds needs to be replaced in some rooms. The heat did not work in the main floor bedroom and living area. The dishwasher had standing water. Lighting could be better in main floor bedroom, some electrical outlets did not work in main floor bedroom.
Overall the stay was good! We enjoyed the snow!!!

Nice house, very spacious and well distributed, it was hard to get to tue location because of the ice and we didn’t have an awd car, but besides that, the place was nice, kitchen might be a little small for the size of the house but anyways, there are a lot of nice restaurants in Breck

We stayed at this property to celebrate high school and college graduation. We were 10 adults and four “kids” ages 16-20. I loved the idea of all the cousins sleeping in the room with a queen and four twins but the twin beds were pretty short so better suited to actual kids. They figured out over the long weekend and it was fine.
The kitchen is a bit small for such a large house so we had to maneuver carefully when trying to cook and hangout. The grill was great and got a lot of use. Had it not rained so much we would have likely been out on the deck more - it is nice and big.
Some nit-picky items - the door hinges could all use some grease, the pot holders are a little ridiculous, the frying pan situation was lacking although there were a ton of pots, Dutch ovens, griddles, and other appliances so we made due. Only two kitchen towels was a little gross after a couple of days. The Foosball table was missing the ball.
Bring extra paper towel and some dish soap - three rolls were provided and some teeny bottles of Palmolive that barely got sudsy - I think probably dollar store.
I would highly recommend this house for large family gatherings - plenty of seating when lounging, the hot tub is AMAZING, and plenty of beds to play musical beds if needed.

Not worth for the amount that paid compared to others that we stayed in this area.

This was not our first choice of a property to stay in, we originally booked a house on French Street in town but got a call 3 days before we were supposed to stay that there had been a sump pump failure and the house had flooded and was unlivable so we had to scramble to find a last minute accommodation. Pros: This house is big, lots of room to spread out, two washing machines, plenty of bathrooms, the living rooms are very comfortable for hanging out and lighting a fire. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, my kids played outside in the snow and we only rarely saw cars drive by. Cons: It's definitely not "high end" (and it feels like it should be at this price point), the rugs are worn, the kitchen is cramped and the appliances are dated. The humidifiers all need to be replaced, they are cheap ones that don't work - we bought our own because you need them in Colorado in the winter. We had to ask management to come shovel the back deck so we could get to the hot tub. (Maybe they didn't do this b/c we booked 3 days before our stay?, but I feel like it should be done.)
The main living floor is not a single level, there are 3 stairs down from the kitchen to the living and from one bedroom to the master bedroom, not a big deal unless you have a brand new walking toddler like we did.
The crazy winter storm in Texas meant we had to stay an extra 4 days in CO so we drove up to Steamboat and stayed in another VRBO there, that stay just made me realize that this house didn't have any of those little touches that really make you feel like you are at home (lotion, laundry soap, nice humidifiers...). Overall we weren't disappointed, but it wasn't a 5 star accommodation either.

My family reserved this house in September of 2019, but due to Covid-19 only a portion of the total party was able to stay at the property for the dates reserved of early July 2020. When we arrived after a long drive, we first noticed a string of Christmas lights dangling from the roof and a "Let It Snow" wreath on the front door (in July). We opened the front door, and the house was very dark but for the large television which was ON! We were very concerned someone was in the house, possibly a squatter. The temperature in the house was very warm. All windows closed, blinds drawn, and the place smelled very musty. The pictures in the listing are misleading because they show a home filled with natural light; however, this house is very dark. We tried to quickly open multiple windows to cool the house down with the lovely mountain air, but multiple windows throughout the house are not functioning properly. Either the window itself won't open due to a broken crank, or the blinds would not work.
Pictures are missing from various spots with empty nails/hooks left on the wall. A couple of bedrooms have pocket doors that do not pull out easily so we left them partially open the entire time for fear of further damaging the door.
Bedding on at least two beds have stains and are in need of replacement.
The house does have a newly updated deck, but the deck and all deck chairs were covered in pollen and clearly had not been pressure washed in months. We used towels to sit on deck chairs and enjoy the new deck.
A family of squirrels has made a nest/home for the coming winter in the roof just above the deck. The gutters above the deck are in desperate need of repair, and we think that is where the squirrels are getting in.
The "piece de resistance" was the pink phallic bong we found in the garage while unloading our bags upon arrival. The rules of the home clearly indicate that smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property, but clearly, a previous guest disregarded and left a token of appreciation that provided an awkward conversation with our kids.
Our main comfort in staying in the property rather than finding another place was that, according to SkyRun, we were the first guests in the home since COVID first hit back in March. Given that the hospitality industry has suffered greatly in the past few months, it seems a bit crazy that the first guests (who reserved in September for thousands of $$) would arrive to a house in this kind of co

My company held a corporate event in this home and it was amazing. We slept over 20 people in the home and had over 30 attend the 2-day retreat. It was spacious and comfortable and had multiple living areas where we could gather. The location is close to town. Would love to return on a non-work trip.
4.3
Overall, we enjoyed the property but expected a bit more for the price paid. What was great:
-Overall home size, there was lots of space for a big group. The property is rated to sleep over 30 people but our group was much smaller than that. We had 13 people and there was lots of room.
-game room, hot tub, sauna, etc
-parking was tight but worked out fine
What could be better:
-the Kitchen was a BIG disappointment. It was very small and the appliances are in desperate need of an update. The cooktop in particular needs to be upgraded. It tooks us 2-3X as long as normal to prepare meals.
-3 story layout of house coupled with type of heating system resulted in the 3rd story being very hot. Some of the windows were not operational as well.

Family Reunion
We rented 3 properties for a large family reunion. We had a few issues with non-working hot tub, non-working ice maker, patio door, no light in laundry, remotes needing batteries, and multiple light bulbs burnt
out, in this property. All were remedied after management were made aware.
The interior is well equipped but the exterior could use some TLC. Overall, we had a lovely stay after a few things were taken care of.

Had a wonderful time!
This place was perfect for our large group. Although the home does show that is it used quite a bit it worked out great for us. Parking was a situation due to the excessive amount of snow they had just gotten but we made it work. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Breckenridge Trip
Great house for large group of people. Slept everyone comfortably and was very clean. Close enough to ski out access and a shuttle at the end of the street is convenient for getting into town.

Do not go there!!!
one star:
We paid so much on our vacation, saved money all year for that vacation, and we literally suffered.
Let’s start with the fact that the heater at the Lowe level didn’t work and we were freezing to sleep there! We called the management company and they brought us 2 really small heaters that helped only if you sit right next to it.
The second issue is the cold showers we had to take after coming back from ski with little kids!!!! They said that this house is for 32 people, but the fact is that after 5 people took a shower the water was cold for another 2 hours!!!!!!
Even though we called so many times no one solve this problem.
There were not enough blankets, so both of my kids had to sleep on the same mattress and share one blanket.
The water in the hot tub was freezing at the first night (so we paid for 4 nights but could use the hot tub just from the second night.
Even the oven is so small that we could not cook for all of us at the same time.
There was not enough tables and chairs for all of us to eat at the same time so we had to take turns to eat.
And the worst thing is the attitude of the management company.
It starts before we checked in, we checked with them if they have crib and high chairs for babies, they just said no and we had to pay 200 dollars to rent those. When we got there we found out that they have 2 cribs and 2 high chairs (but they don’t even know what they have there.),I know they are not required to provide it, but if you have it any way, why don’t you help your guests and tell them you have it. then we asked to check in a little bit earlier then 4 cause we had an holiday and needed to cook before, we contacted them few times before the check in date and they didn’t want to help us and just said that once it will be ready they will let us know. It was ready 2 minutes before 4!! They didn’t even tried to help.
During our stay we called many times to try to solve our issues, the employees said that the manager will contact us first thing on Monday morning, but he talked to us just at 7 pm (the night before we left) so it didn’t really helped.
Then the manager said that he will contact the owner first thing in the morning, and then call us and see what they can do, it has been 3 days since then and he never called me back!!!
Really bad experience!
Worst property and worst service!!!
