This Waldport getaway is perfect for family trips to the Oregon Coast, blocks from easy beach access. You'll be just north of town in the desirable Bayshore Estates neighborhood, with miles of uncrowded, pristine sandy beach only a few minutes walk away. A sleepy little fishing village, Waldport is nestled between Newport, 15 miles away to the north, and Yachats, 11 miles to the south. You'll be ideally situated for day trips to the Oregon Coast Aquarium or the state parks and natural sites to the south. At about 150 miles from Portland, Waldport offers peace and tranquility, surrounded by ocean-front state parks and the Siuslaw National Forest to the east. The Alsea River flows into the ocean right at Waldport and offers fishing and boating opportunities and crabbing right from the Alsea Bay Bridge. Restaurants include everything from pizzerias to seafood grills, with galleries and shops dotting the streets along downtown Waldport.
When you are not building sandcastles, this contemporary, Scandinavian-inspired retreat boasts tall, wood-beamed ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and gorgeous ocean views from the living area. You'll also have a 46-inch TV and a Blu-ray player for cozy evenings in. In winter, this is an ideal spot for storm-watching out the large picture windows while you stay warm and toasty inside!
The bright white kitchen has a refrigerator, stove-top/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and even gadgets like a coffee grinder, blender, and slow cooker. In the evenings, when you don't feel like heading out to one of Waldport's eateries, you'll have everything you'll need for a home-cooked meal.

THINGS TO KNOW
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
