Lots of space and light with a beautiful view. Could use different furniture as some of its old, and the main bat window could use a table rather than a small couch. You can get ocean access down the road, though a little steep. Overall great and a nice little neighborhood.

The house is in need of major renovations. Long thick carpet everywhere from the 70s with a musty smell. The furniture is really old and in need of a deep cleaning. You cannot use the balcony because the ground has slid out from underneath it. Basic property, which felt dirty. Nice view, but extremely overpriced!!! Not worth it! There are several other options that are much better in the area.

I liked the view and it is NOT on the beach. You walk a block to a steep access that is closed. My friends couldn’t even get on the beach. There was also a neighbor parked in our spot and I had to knock on doors until I found her to move her car.

Beach access and view of the bay, eagles, and sea lions was amazing. Walking distance to the Hilltop Cafe, a great place to eat. Linens and towels provided, but no blankets. The pillows were small and flat- bring your own.
The queen bed was NOT queen sized but full sized. There is not a master bathroom. Check out time was too early at 10:00 AM- had to pay a fee to checkout later. I would have liked to know what small appliances were included in the kitchen, so we could have come prepared.
Free WiFi and a great big room upstairs stocked with games, puzzles, books, and cable TV.
Driveway parking (uncovered) for two vehicles, gravel path to front door- making it a little bit of a challenge when there is inclement weather.
It was a quaint little place to stay for a couple days. Could definitely tell the place was well loved and used often.

Did you love spending time at your grandma’s house when you were a kid? Then this is your place.
I chose this house based on its location which boasted about being Beachfront with beautiful views. Those things were true, however, there is NO access to that beautiful beach from the house. We had to walk down the road then down a steep, treacherous path to get to the beach.
It was also disheartening not being able to at least enjoy the view from an outside deck or patio like all of the neighboring houses could. The windows were so dirty and fogged up with humidity that we had to open them to see clearly. There were also no screens.
Some of the neighbors were a little scary and they sure did bring about an unsafe feeling. The house itself was clean and very roomy and although the entire house desperately needs a remodel, we did have a lot of fun going through the cupboards and closets and finding one nostalgic thing after another. It was one big time capsule.

Know before you go. Dish soap, TP was limited for a week long stay. No problem, Rays Food town is close. Great view and quiet area. Limited on pans and pots.

Springtime trip with family
If you read on any review that there is Wild life/marine life to enjoy from this house, BELIEVE IT 😁 We saw the same two bald eagles no less than six or seven times. And a super fun cluster seals that behaved as though they knew they were being watched. Bring your binoculars but they are literally in the tree and water outside your windows. Furnishings linens dishware, etc. should definitely be updated but we did have everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect for breaks from others. The cleaning was the best we’ve experienced out of any hotel or vacation rental ever stayed in. Wonderful location, walking distance to town. A neighbor hogged one of our parking spaces but we only had one car. You should know this happens if you have more than one. Rent it 👍

Wazayati Home
The view was amazing.
It was quite disappointing to not be able to easily access the beach. The access path was closed due to safety. Access required driving a short distance ( and hoping for parking) or walking along the highway (which seemed unsafe).

nice ocean and bay views
the views are nice but there was a not so pleasant odor in the downstairs living room off the kitchen and no screens on the windows. Dryer venting issues. cable tv reception is poor but the internet worked well. Back door to deck is hard to open. Some boards laying around outside against the house. Some people were using the trash can and garden hose outside meant for the house. I probably won't stay again for the price per night.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Very well stocked kitchen. Quiet. Best 65th birthday ever!

Amazing views outside!
This place is all about the views--and they are fabulous. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the loveseat and watching the seals and birds out the window. The home was very clean, and we loved that there were so many beds--my young adult daughters each got their own room which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes.
My only critique is that the home really needs a refresh. The bedding and furniture seem directly out of the 1990's--and while that's in some ways just a matter of taste, the bed and couches were less comfortable than one would have wished. Not a deal-breaker, but I think they'd have an easier time renting the property if they invested in some more comfortable furniture. That said, we had a wonderful few days here.

Charming cottage by the sea
I loved the view and how accessible it was to everything nearby. I loved how many bedrooms and the layout of the place. The only thing I would suggest would be to clean or upgrade the couches on the main floor. Maybe a sectional from the window in would give more flow, as to not cut off the rest of the room. There was a bit of a musty smell to the place, so not sure if that was from the couches, chair or carpet. I loved the color of the carpet, but that may need to be freshened up a bit. Also, we couldn't find a toaster, but that would be nice for next time. But we loved it otherwise and would surely come again!

Poor customer service from Vacasa
I likely won't rent another property that uses Vacasa to manage it. On the VRBO app it said checkout was at 11 am. The morning of checkout I received an email that it was at 10 am. I responded to the email to check why there was a discrepancy. I was simply told "sorry for the inconvenience. Checkout is at 10 am." Misleading information and absolutely no effort to make it right.
The home is nice and cozy with a great location overlooking the mouth of the bay but if you value customer service then don't rent a Vacasa home.

Loved our stay!
My family loved this house. Really clean; nice location on the beach with lovely views. Well stocked home with everything you need. There is a big room upstairs with day beds, tv, books, puzzles & games that my kids loved. We have 3 young children and it was perfect. Thank you!
