Shared tennis court / Full sized snooker table. A particularly delightful and exceptionally spacious farmhouse set amidst mature gardens with lush lawns and a shared flood-lit all weather surface tennis court. A superb holiday property for the larger family party or groups of families with the house having the benefit of a lower ground floor, with games room and snooker room with full size snooker table and table tennis table. There is an electric range with a double oven as well as a separate cooker in the kitchen. Excellently situated in a rural location on the outskirts of the tiny village of Somersal Herbert, but approximately 9 miles from the bustling market town of Ashbourne. Alton Towers is only 7 miles away. Can be booked with properties W40521, W7921, W7922 and W8968 for larger groups. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
For holidays taken between 1st Oct and 1st May please remember to send your fuel supplement of 120 GBP to the owner 1 week prior to your holiday. Fuel supplement payable by cheque or BACS. There are hot tubs available at £300, first come first serve basis.
