Enjoy the experience of Northern Idaho and its pristine waters on this privately owned waterfront property. Built in 1993 and acquitted with modern day amenities, you will find the property located on the sunny East side of Lake Coeur d’Alene. You will have your own clean private beach -equaling up to 100 ft- with your own private dock to accommodate your watercrafts; however, a canoe and four kayaks are provided for you to enjoy. You will also have access to a boat lift to hold your powerboat out of the water. Life jackets and some water toys are also provided.
Coeur d’Alene’s water off the dock and shore is crystal clear, perfect for fishing and swimming. CDA Lake is over 20 miles from top to bottom, allowing countless hours of boating and discovery.
There is a spacious lower and upper deck that provides plenty of shade during the warm summer months. In the evening, a campfire can be built alongside the water’s edge. There are 3 additional outside fridges for your convenience (1 on the lower deck and 2 on the upper patio), as well as a gas grill.
The home is 1900 square feet with large picturesque windows that allow for outstanding lake views, approximately 20 feet above the water level. Sunsets are especially amazing from this location, as well as the stars that light the night sky- be sure to check out the Milky Way! The evenings can get pretty cool, even during the summer months, so be sure to bring some warm attire for outside!

Our family had a great time at Cyndee’s Lakehouse. The home had everything needed for a great time on the lake. The house was stocked with all the amenities in the kitchen and the bathrooms that you would have your own home. Most of our time was spent on the beautiful new dock enjoying the lake.

Our group of two families had a fantastic week at Craig and Cyndee’s home on Lake CDA. Location on the lake was excellent, and the house was well-stocked and very clean. We spent most of our time relaxing down at the water or cooking meals and eating on the upper patio. The treed lot kept the house fairly cool during the day. We enjoyed a few thunderstorms and saw eagles and osprey. Craig communicated quickly and professionally. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

The property worked for us as it was in between Coeur d’Alene and Harrison. The road was a bit rough. Neighbors were nice. The owners had the place set up nicely as a rental on the lake. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect location with days on the water, campfires at night, and a well stocked led cabin. Stayed nice and cool despite no AC and 90 degree weather. Def will be coming back some day!

Amazing views. Words can’t explain how amazing the view is. The property is great location. The owner provides a lot of the essentials which is a plus! The house has a very homey feel to it. The location of the home is great as it sits between Downtown Harrison as well as Coeur D Alene. The owner also provides kayaks and all the necessary gear. Plenty of refrigerator space! We will be back!

Nice but wet.
Had a wonderful time but the lake in June is very cold. Unfortunately the beach and dock were flooded and unusable. Just bad timing for us. Overall had a nice time, the house was great.

The pictures don't do it justice
We absolutely loved our stay in Coeur d'Alene. This is a fantastic location with wonderful views, a cozy vibe, and good energy. My husband and I came with my 11 year old step son and my husbands parents who are in their late 60's. The pantry was well stocked. The neighbors were friendly and we actually rarely saw people. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was in general.
Everything was clean and everything worked in the home. It is a great place to have some relaxing family time. We used the kayaks and the canoe which was fun.
Casual nice spot with a great view. Highly Recommend.

All About the Lake
If your goal is to spend as much time as possible on, in or near the lake this is your spot. This home is set up to enjoy the lake. There are water toys, a grill, two tables and two refrigerators outside.
The hosts have equipped the home well. Bring your personal toiletries and food and you are set.
If you are used to a memory foam or firm mattress the beds will seem too soft. Overall, I would rent this place again.
Oh, be sure to get a sandwich from the Hutton Generals store. You will be pleasantly surprised with the service and the sandwich.

Very nice vacation!
Our family totally enjoyed the house and the lake. What a great location and the lake is clean and joy to swim in. The dock worked perfectly for our ski boat and trips to the town were easy and super fun. Craig and his wife were great hosts and left the house in great shape. What a wonderful place to spend time with the family!

Perfect lake getaway
We love staying at this house. The beds are comfy, there's foozeball upstairs, good wifi/streaming, and the dock and lake! There is no AC, so if you run into 109 deg days like we did, it gets a little warm, but not intolerable (the house never got above 80 inside). We rented a jetski and pontoon from Harrison Water Adventures and they delivered right to the dock! We never had to leave the property the entire time we were there. We'll definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful time! Thank you for a great stay! This is pretty much the perfect rental property. The location was great, and the view couldn't be more beautiful. The house was so comfortable for our family of 6. The house was completely stocked, above and beyond the call of duty. I think it may have ruined me for every future rental house! :) There was literally everything you might need. From ketchup and mustard, to paper plates & napkins, even toiletries in the bathrooms. Also, they provided cold water in the fridge when we arrived which was so nice after a drive! The outdoor area was wonderful. We spent so much time on the dock-fishing, swimming, etc. The kayaks and canoe were awesome to have. Our kids loved paddling the kayaks around. Also, the quality of the lifejackets was great (which is nice especially when your kids are wearing them!). The outdoor dining areas were wonderful as well. My kids loved having lunch at the picnic table and we ate most dinners at the outdoor dining table. The grill was completely set up with everything we needed. It was SO nice to have the extra refrigerators outside! We stayed at the property during a HOT week (100+ 3 of the days) and thanks to the tips provided us by the owners, it was no problem not having air conditioning. I can't think of anything bad to say about this property. We had a wonderful time and would love to return!

Great get away!
We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We could have left a lot of supplies home. Beds were OK. 4 of us were over 60 so stairs to beach were rough. Fire pit was a joy. Extra refrigerators at different levels were a godsend. All I all enjoyed tremendously!

Dreamy Driftwood bay get away!
Location location location! Beautiful spot- what a treasure Craig and Cyndee have! Pictures are accurate and it was the perfect lake house vacation spot for our whole family and day visits from friends! Loved being able to have our dog with us and just sit back and enjoy the AMAZING views all day long!! Very well stocked, lots of thoughtful items all over the house and loved having the additional fridges on the decks :) Would absolutely stay again

This home was perfect for our family of 8. Owners provided great details prior to arrival. Was so nice to have some of the basics ready for us; water, paper plates, spices etc. We for sure would return to this home if the opportunity presents itself.

2019 Summer Road Trip Destination
My wife and our 2 boys (7 & 4 y/o) spent a week at Craig's home. This was our first time to northern Idaho, and we were very excited to relax and explore. The house was extremely clean and stocked with basic amenities. Having driven from Colorado, we appreciated the fact that he had basic condiments and other supplies--as we did not have to purchase them. The views of the lake from the home are incredible. Even though there are neighboring homes close by, the foliage and setting of the house allows for privacy. There is no A/C, but we didn't need it since the weather was cooler for our stay. They have a couple large floor fans that we put in a window if it was warm. If it was breezy outside, the house kept cool with the windows open, especially at night. The lake is crystal clear and great for swimming. The beach is rock, not sand--which required sandals. This did not deter us from spending a lot of time at the water's edge, since our boys made rock castles all week. We fished off the dock and caught 3-4 bluegill and bass. We rented a boat from town one afternoon and went tubing and cruised the lake. There were a couple days that were quite windy and we used our stand-up paddle board to body surf into shore (kid-style, nothing fancy). The town of Harrison has a great bicycle-themed pub that has an amazing homemade soft pretzel and great micro brews. There is an ice cream shop for the kids and a small park near by.
We appreciated the great communication from the owner and the opportunity to stay! We look forward to booking another vacation at their property!

Great Lake Vacation!
We loved our stay on Coeur d'Alene Lake! We had been travelling for 4 weeks and ended our trip with a week here and it was the best trip conclusion we could have asked for. The house was well-stocked. A word of warning - it is not a short drive to the city from here, so get your gas and groceries before heading in! But that made it much more relaxing for us! We did take a trip into the city of Coeur D'Alene for groceries at the beginning of the week. We had the perfect amount of beds for my family - each of the 3 boys had their own beds upstairs (making use of the futon) and my daughter had the blue room all to herself. The king bed was very comfortable and my husband slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. It was nice ot have a full-size kitchen to work in, and the kids didn't complain too loudly about having to wash dishes by hand. :) The stairs between the house and lake get tiring (they are definitely not for the faint-of-heart or small children), but the weather was perfect such that we pretty much never left the dock. Harrison Water Adventure will deliver boat and jetski rentals across the lake, right to the dock! The house does not have AC, but we never needed it, even though daytime temps were in the 90s all week. My family is already planning their next adventure here!

Wonderful!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay again in the future. The place was wonderful. The beach and dock were such a great place for us to gather. The cabin was clean, it was stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of space for our three couples. The location was perfect with sun all day long. Great Family Vacation Home
We were so thrilled with our stay! The home was well stocked which we really appreciated since there aren't many grocery stores nearby. The owners contacted us after arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing! The beach was spectacular and we enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock every day. We took the kayaks out every day and it was great that life jackets were provided too. I would highly recommend this home especially for families. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young kids. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be returning next year!

Stunning!
We had an amazing stay at Craig and Cyndee's Coeur D'Alene lake home. The location is perfect. It is right on the water on the sunny side of the lake. The views from the house are stunning. The home was VERY clean and spacious. We enjoyed our morning outings on the kayaks provided. The lake is very clear, but bring your raft shoes as it is a little rocky. There were two outdoor refrigerator's which were very helpful for easy access as well as for storing all the food needed for the entire week. The kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of spices, condiments, Ziploc bag, garbage bags everything you could possibly want. Hutton's the convenient store down the road has homemade ice cream, the spumoni flavor was great. The owners were very responsive and sent out a very detailed information sheet prior to arrival which was extremely helpful.
My only suggestion would be to add a umbrella on the dock.
We would love to return again next summer and make it an annual tradition.

Beautiful getaway!!
My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful lake house and it absolutely took our breath away! The views were phenomenal and completely exceeded our expectations. There is a spectacular view from the upper patio within the pine trees overlooking the lake and a lower deck great for picnicking. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoe provided for us and the owners are very sincere and prompt, answering any questions we had. The pantry was even fully stocked, which was much appreciated and refrigerators were provided outside for quick access. The interior gives off an amazing cabin feel and we hope to come back next year!!
