2 bathrooms, 2 rooms, kitchen, clean, free breakfast, great owners for half the price of the hotel in the town.

Great for a family of 4. Rarely you find 2 bathroom, free breakfast home with such an amazing price.

The location is safe but on a street with run down houses but that is expected in CR. They charge $20 for the laundry which itself is very steep even by Cr expensive standard and that too we were not informed about it. This is the only thing that left a bad taste, so taking 1 point away.

Exceptional

Looks exactly as the pictures. nice, cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. The property was stacked with everything you would need. breakfast was great and our host Jenny was wonderful. I recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience that we will cherish forever and we will be back.

The property is a gem in Monte Verde, it was very cozy, safe, well organized, very clean, with a feel like you are at home and you feel very welcome. The property has all basics needs for your stay. Jenny is a very wonderful host, she made the place feel magical. The breakfast was delicious . It is a great place to stay with kids but could also be a good place for couples. The property is close to restaurants and grocery stores, bank, store, etc. Jenny recommended Sabor Tico restaurant which was great with good views. Cassidini home was a 10/10 experience for us! ( Tips: We highly recommend if you go to Monte Verde please do take a 4x4 wheel drive vehicle this should be a must)

Great value, nice location, clean and comfortable and convenient to the Monteverde area.

Nice location, quiet at night, very clean and comfortable rooms, the best shower we had during out time in CR. Breakfast was very nice and served in the room by the wonderful host! Kitchen facilities were nice to have if you want to cook in a meal. Great value overall

it was very clean and very spacious. jenny is an amazing host. Very friendly, polite and super helpful in everything!

it is close to the road (luckily not a main road) and you can hear the cars (again not too often)

A comfortable apartment that is convenient to the cloud forest and Santa Elena

great space for husband, me and adult grandson. we could be separate in the comfortable bedrooms or together in the great room where we played Scrabble every night. breakfasts were great … fresh fruit, choice of four entrees, juice, coffee. Jenny was wonderful.

could have used a few floor lamps in the main room.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was exceptionally good! The house was clean and beds were comfy. The only downside was that we stayed here only for 1 day.

A serene and inviting retreat

The house was so clean and comfortable, the price was great (especially for a place with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room area), the breakfast and coffee was delicious, and Jenny was especially kind and welcoming. We thoroughly appreciated having such a nice, quiet place to return to after days filled with activities.

It's a comfortable house with everything you need to stay there. The host is very friendly and try to help us. The town is close to the place. Also you can reach wonderful places to visit and hiking.

It's difficult to say something that I dislike about the house. I think the problems are external to the house, for example the roads, there are parts with holes and no pavement. Everything was excellent

perfect place for my family

big space for my family. the owner was vey nice and breakfast was fabulous. my kids loved to stay at this property. close to everything. hot water which rare thing in costa rica. beds are comfortable and kitchen has anything we need.

Wonderful, quiet stay minutes from the center of town

Jenny and her daughter were absolutely wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. We were also able to get our laundry cleaned for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. I hope to get back some day and if I do I will definitely look to stay there again.

The home was very comfortable and homey, and Jenny made the stay memorable.

The breakfast was fabulous. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and was very clean! Everything we needed was there! Jenny was very friendly and helpful! We asked her to cook us a dinner and it was wonderful, and very artistically done! The parking was close and safe! Nice quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again!

The house is located outside of town, two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room to be able to cook meals at home if you wish. Nice breakfast with several choices made to order.

It is away from downtown, so it's a drive to get back if you want to wander around. While the house has an excellent rating, I had expected something that would rate it that way - amazing views, something unique about the House. There is nothing wrong with it, and they have made a nice place to stay. From a comfort perspective it was below average they need to replace the sofa and chairs in the main living area, because they're uncomfortable and hard, and definitely look a bit the worst for wear. The beds themselves were quite comfortable.

the host, Jenny and her daughter, were outstanding! So nice and helpful. The breakfasts they prepared were amazing. When we first arrived, there were a few sugar ants present and Jenny was immediately on it.

The water pressure in the shower could be better. 🤷‍♀️

Perfect for our over night stay!!

We had two couples and the place was perfect for our needs. It was adequate, very clean, and had comfy beds. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early in the day. Jenny had sent the instructions with the door code well before we arrived. The communication was awesome. She came to meet us that evening and gave us options for breakfast. She had a wonderful pancake and egg breakfast ready for us even when we needed to leave early. It was absolutely delicious. You can definitely tell that she had many years experience in the hotel industry. Everything was in place and very thought out. We definitely recommend Cassidini House.

The couch and chairs are a bit on the firm side... not super comfy. Fans in the bedrooms would be super nice to have since there is no AC. It was plenty cool, but having moving air is always nice to have.

Clean, Comfortable and Happy Stay :)

The owner (Jenny) was really kind, She came to pick us on the main road. House comes up with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 private bathrooms. Jenny also has hot water shower, She cook really good breakfast in the morning. Location is really close from Monte Verde Reserva. She will let you choose the breakfast option she has eg. Pinto, Pan cake served with some fruits and Coffee. It was very comfortable stay, room was clean and you have free Netflix. Also you get kitchen if you want to cook, Coffee maker, fridge, microwave ovan.

Amazing place to stay-the comfort, location, breakfast, host and price couldn’t be better!

Jenny was extremely welcoming and friendly. Everything was exceptional, particularly the breakfast. She provided an amazing meal for each of my family members which she prepared herself! We were blown away at how wonderful the experience was, staying at Cassidini Casa
