I liked the location, I liked the layout and the balcony/first floor of the property.
Apart from the TV being annoying and the towels/floor/chairs being dirty it was good.
3.0
Close to the centre
Poor selection of TV channels, BBC 1 and Channel 4 did not work.
Bathroom needs maintenance carried out. The bathroom sink is what i imagine a prison sink to look like, the tap flow for cold water is ridiculous. No phone in the room so if reception needed you have to go down.
Poor positioning of sockets, one side of the bed had a socket and the other side didn’t.
Bed was comfortable but the bedding smelt like it hadn’t been changed.
The cost of two nights stay was not worth it, so absolutely not value for money.
Poor lighting in the room, one of the lights didn’t work.

Everything
The Manager Demarco was absolutely fantastic. His customer service was great-excellent! Made to feel extremely welcome and breakfast was superb. DeMarco went out of his way to help us and was super friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Great breakfast. 2nd time staying and can't fault it. Will stay again.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy, the staff were helpful and the fact they had games in the lobby was a great bonus too

The bed was soooo comfortable. We liked the lounge area, and the pool table. Bar area was nice, shuffleboard table and darts there. We liked the distance to the main shopping/tourist areas. Food was great. A good hotel, just needs new carpet and a coat of paint to cheer it up !
The corridor carpets, doors and walls all need refurbishment, they look dirty, grubby and non- inviting. Cleaning of rooms was ok but not great. There was blood (not mine)underneath the pillowcase on the pillow, we didn't cop it for a day or two so we left it off the bed. Breakfast ending sharply at 10. We had ate breakfast in time but the staff member was on a countdown, 20 minutes until breakfast closes, 2 minutes until breakfast closes....never had that before in a hotel ! A 10% discretionary tip is included in all bills, be it drinks or food so be aware of this.

Stylish, welcoming venue. Clean, modern rooms. Everything you need in the rooms. Great location for the O2 Academy. Friendly, approachable staff
Only two lifts, one was out of order - if you can, take the stairs, it's quicker!

nice modern hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Location wise, it's a bit out of the centre but only a 5/10 min walk to the city.
more bottles of water

Close to rail station . Always welcoming on check in. Room Very clean . Comfortable beds. Quiet.
Sometimes road can be noisy early morning. Depends which room you get. Look for lower numbers on each floor to be further away.

I liked the location, and the private car park
The staff did not smile once, from arriving to check out. Tried to call reception a couple of times had no answer. Tried to order food but got ignored at the bar, I appreciate there was a few customers but not even an acknowledgment. We had to get food and drinks elsewhere. The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff did not make us feel welcome at all. Didn’t get one smile, just short blunt answers, overall very rude. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were very friendly!

nice design
staff don’t seem overly keen to be there.
Tried to order a few options from their drinks list in the bar, but nothing was available. settled on a g&t but couldn’t have my choice of gin as there was nothing in the bottle despite still being on the shelf. when I chose a different one the member of staff couldn’t charge me as it was not on his list!
Service at breakfast was lacklustre-not many items out-had to keep asking for things to be replenished
