Condusive stay for a business trip

Aamiainen oli monipuoleinen ja hyvä(!),mutta henkilökunta oli enemmän kiinnostunut siirtämään pöytiä lounasta varten kuin siistimään aamiaispöytiä. (Mistä en pidännyt) Yllättävää myös että erikois kahvi oli kylmää, kuten myös 6v sitten ! Myös musiikki kaikkialla oli liian kovalla. Huone oli hyvä ja siisti sekä sänky hyvä! Pooli alue erinomainen! Sijainti hyvä! Clubi kerroksen tarjoilu sekä henkilökunta vielä hieman ontuili! Erittäin hyvät concergiet!!! Niiltä sait kaiken tarvittavan tiedon sekä parhaimmat ravintola vinkit!

Lue ylempänä: henkilökunta clubi kerroksessa, henkilökunta aamiais salissa jotka savustivat asiakkaita ulos koska pöydät piti siirtää! Kylmä erikois kahvi! Aika ajoin hitaat hissit.Hotellin viehettävä baari oli suljettu!

Great place to recharge & cool down.

Great location with perfect facilities for a one day layover on the way back from Europe. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as we required early checkin & late checkout.

Excellent customer service combined with big hotel comforts.

It’s a big hotel with all the facilities you expect and also great customer service. It really felt like the staff wanted to help us. We arrived before check in time and were found a bigger room so we could check in sooner. That was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and staff coming around to check everything was ok.

Lovely cozy place

Up kept well as a 5 star property. All facilities are available to use. Close to riverside and in district 1 area.

A relaxing four days, totally spoilt, merci!

Hotel was lovely, staff really caring and helpful, buffet breakfast was huge spread and such a great way to start the day. Goodnight chocs were special treat and rooms were made up beautifully each day.

Exceptional

Louis is a very nice person we have ever met, this is the first time we come to VN. We dicided to choose another brand of hotel in VN, but Sofitel in China is the best, so that we chose it, and luckily we were right, thanks for Louis. When we arrived at the hotel, this kind guy assited us alot. He took our lugguages, shown us the way to go to the check-in desk, and he always smiled. After the check-in process, he so us the way to go a mini mart, it's named ministop, cause we asked him. But we don't know how to go there and this was at 1 am, we quite scared. And u belived that, he took us to go there, and we just reconigzed he end his shift at 1 am, but he happy to take us to go there. This guy IS AMAZING!!!.Not only he escorted we go there, but also nice to show us how to choose food. If u go Sofitel just meet him. Thank you Louis. Thanks for giving us the good huge imppression.

We were comfortable and had enjoyed every minute of our stay. Keep up the great work!

We arrived just before midnight so the check in was swift and seamless. The breakfast selections were great.. enjoyed the availability of Vietnamese fare. The menu for room dining was also good. Staffs are helpful and our housekeeper did a fantastic job in maintaining our room. Thanks to Wayne who suggested to use grab app to make travelling around less stressful since a lot of local taxi drivers do not speak english!

The hotel only has one tour agent on offer so we are limited on choice!

Good quality hotel in a convenient location

Very happy with the stay at Sofitel. Rooms were nice, close to all the important city sights and helpful staff. Highly recommend checking out the Ministry of Men bar on lvl 3 while you’re there too.

Great caring staff, OK high priced hotel.

The staff were all exceptional. We had access to Club Milleseme, the food and drinks were good. The service from all was first class. Both the day and afternoon teams couldn't do enough for you. Very friendly and professional and all had a sense of humour. One of our group of 4 needed medical attention and the caring attention and help from team leader named Mint was nothing short of fantastic. Mint rang and arranged an appointment with the doctor after 6.30pm,had information of cost as well as location of the medical centre. Great pillows. Good air conditioning.

The rooms are small. The pool was not correctly PH balanced and was dull. The electronic lighting and a/c control beside the bed is confusing and is useless in the dark.

Great hotel, let down by check in experience

nice hotel, big lobby and comfortable room. centrally located. pool on 18th floor is a big plus, and the fitness centre

only negative complaint was the check in experience. we arrived at 4.45 after a flight on 10 May and had to deal with an extremely rude man at the check in counter (I would actually say he was the only rude person I came across in Vietnam).
