Nice stay and close to Farnham

The building and grounds were stunning. The rooms were a little dated but for the cost it was very good value for money.

Poor service and dodgy leak

Bathroom and room were dated. There was a leak in our room and the staff couldn’t do anything except offer us an email to complain into after.

Heating only turned on for a few hours. Mt room was freezing and was difficult to sleep

Very pleasant one night stay before my Daughters wedding.

Room was lovely and spacious with a decent size en-suite. Bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was very good with good choice and service. Nice grounds with ample parking and nice and quiet.

Bathroom could do with an update. A large walk in shower instead of bath would enhance the stay.

Wonderful stay

Lovely room, very clean and the staff were great, they went the extra mile in making our room special for us! Nothing was too much bother at all. The room was beautiful.

Breakfast wasn't brilliant but again the staff on in the morning were as lovely as the night before so it really wasn't a big issue at all.

Lovely setting.

Lovely building and surroundings. Staff nice and helpful. Lovely, quiet room. Nice pie and mash and good breakfast.

Quite far out of town and there were no buses, so I walked the 2 miles along a busy road. Very limited menu for evening meals.

Beautiful venue

Very good for the price I paid. Travelled for a wedding and the hotel was just round the corner from the venue. Also. The orchids were very beautiful.

Not up to standard.

Beautiful looking building, lovely entrance. Helpful receptionists. Tea, coffee, biscuits in room.

No evening meal available. Really soft bed with large stain on the end side. Shabby shower room, part of tap missing and strange musty smell. No breakfast available at 7:15 (was advertised as starting at 7am). No menu for breakfast. Waitress couldn't remember my order so brought out wrong food.
