Very pretty and quaint.
Gorgeous setting.
Had all the amenities you needed
I wasn’t sure how to open the gate from being inside, but just reached over
4.1
Small on the outside, deceptively roomy inside; compact design, but well thought out; good privacy, cosy; excellent rainfall shower
A bit more headspace in bedroom; a larger basin- otherwise can’t fault much
4.1
Generally great all round will be back
Loo wrong way installed, I am 6 ft amd no way I can sit properly
4.1
Lovely and quiet. Clean and country stay.
I couldn’t open the blinds as you are directly in front of their home so didn’t feel privacy enough but this isn’t a negative at all I just usually like to see outside without feeling like the house overlooks me and my private time.

Loved the location and it was perfect for the reason for our stay (dog training a 5 minute drive away). The property contained all the amenities we needed and the fact furry friends are welcome is the icing on the cake.
The very steep stairs to the bedroom and lack of bedroom headspace. I am only 5'5 but I managed to bump my back on a couple of occasions. My wife and I didn't find the bed to be the most comfortable but this is nit picking
4.1
The location and the fact that it was dog friendly
There was no oven. I KNOW that it is not on the list and we should have checked but it seems pretty basic. We had brought a ready meal and had no way of heating it. A small microwave with oven should be a bare minimum. The stairs are steep and difficult to navigate especially for a couple of old giffers like us. And the bed room ceiling height was such that I had to crawl at all times. The kitchen cleanliness was disappointning, the tray under the plate drying rack frankly needed a good scrub.

Clean and the little cat who visited us in the morning was sweet
Rather cramped and the bedroom mezzanine floor was tiny with such sloping ceilings that we had to dress and undress downstairs. The ladder up to the bed area was very steep and not really suitable for older guests. I wouldn’t have wished to risk the clamber down to the bathroom in the night.
I requested decaf coffee and some milk for tea in the morning : neither was provided.
Fine for quick overnight stay but not sure how guests have coped with longer and with maybe children sleeping on sofa.
The noise of the A3 traffic was rather intrusive and started early in the morning.

Attractive little place for a single night stay
Absolute basics offered with no rectal whatsoever. Would not be suitable for more than one night.
4.1
- Inside was new and cousy
- The host was nice
- Nespresso machine
- Expensive for what it it
- Very small and not recommended for family or more than 2 people
- Sopha bed not confortable. Not recommended for more than 1 night
- Near highway does not allow to sleep with open windows
- No private garden but car way
- No bbq area
- Outside a bit not cured. Part of the burn is used for its original scope, as a deposit and unfortunately that is what you see when you arrive
- Drive way is a bit tight with a big car
- Clean but not extra clean. New cleaning set for washing dishes and paper roll would have been nice
- Synthetic bed sheets (this is only personal). They were clean and fit the purpose
4.1
Well appointed. Finished to a high standard.
Hosts were accommodating. The location.
Very steep stairs.
Even though there was a sofa bed I feel it is a 2 person property not 3. It is far too small for 3 people to sit and relax in the evening. Perfect for 2.
4.1
Nothing!
Bright light streaming in before 5am from roof velux with no blind and no way of covering.
Completely unresponsive host. Didn’t answer any messages whilst we were there and wanted help, even to say they couldn’t help.
Unwashed bed linen.
NOISE - it is basically on the A3. The whole thing shakes when there is a big lorry passing.
Really misleading pictures. It’s not on a farm of any sort. Just on the driveway of a house which hasn’t been looked after.
Honestly, some things I’m willing to turn a blind eye / ear to but the unresponsiveness of the host was rude and showed complete lack of care for paying guests.
4.1
Neat place, friendly host, had everything we needed
4.1
Great location, comfy bed and a great use of space
It was lovey and light thanks to the velux windows however a blind of some sort would have been great
4.1
Clean and self contained
No wi-fi and the cooker was an air fryer - although that did work really well.

The Little Barn was ideal for our needs. It had everything we needed for a short stay near family and was really well located for activities round about.
It is very conveniently situated to give access to lots of attractions and activities. It is private and very comfortable.
The countryside near by is attractive with a lot of good walking opportunities.
The host is very helpful and attentive.
Everything was satisfactory.

really cosy, good location and very comfortable
nothing
4.1
Good location for where I needed to be and close to the A3. The studio was spacious and dogs are allowed. Parking is right outside the property.
The staircase to the bedroom area is very steep and the steps are shallow. The area itself has a sharply angled ceiling so you needed to bend considerably to get into bed. Anyone with any mobility or balance difficulties would find the property challenging.
4.1
Good shower, comfortable bed.
4.1
Nice and cozy home from home.
4.1
Easy to get to where we needed to go.

We thought it was such a lovely little place to stay and very suitable for a 1-2 night retreat.
Just a couple of small things. Sometimes it’s nice to have the little ‘just incase’ extras. For example…olive oil, salt and pepper. Some body wash, shampoo etc. Otherwise everything was perfect!
4.1
Location and accommodation.
Nothing.
4.1
It was very clean and well decorated, good shower.
A3 is next to the bedroom, a lot of traffic (noice) is passing. The hospitality was a bit poor. The fence behind the barn in our photo is that of the A3. Due to sloping walls you can't stand next to the bed.
