A very memorable hotel stay experience

We arrived at the hotel at 9.50am and they got a room ready for us already! Sang, the staff who checked us in was very friendly, polite and helpful. In fact, all the staff throughout our stay were very efficient, accommodative and helpful. Well done, Marriott Saigon! We got the room overlooking the city. Unobstructed view and the night view is fantastic. The Notre Dame Cathedral in front of us is lighted beautifully till late. Everything is within our reach: Mall, cafes, places to chillax...we love the hotel's vicinity. Very convenient.

The bathtub water tap is far from the tub itself. We couldn't fill it with water if not from the showerhead.

Great hotel, great city, great people, great country

Everything was fine. But extremely good and helpful was concierge service downstairs, especially one man (sorry, forgot his name).

A bit of noise from the street. Also, there are two hotels with the same name and sometimes I missed the right entrance. After that was not easy to find the right one as navigation signage should be better

The facility was good to stay but the dinner option given to us was horrible with same menu everyday

Breakfast has different varieties of foods for selection.

The dinner was horrible at Italian restaurant with the same menu every day for 8 days.

Zentral gelegen und dennoch nicht im Touristen Strom

Außergewöhnlicher Service am front desk. Die Lage ideal im Zentrum von HCMC. Etwas Distanz zwischen Main stream Touristen ist gut. Direkt neben der Kathedrale. Der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt alle wünsche wahr werden. Wir kommen wieder!

Expensive but comfortable

Expensive but nice with very comfortable beds and proper duvets etc. Good food.

Expensive compared to other options like Sheridan Residences which offer huge apartments at lower cost.

We had a great time at Intercontinental Saigon and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

The hotel staff were really warm and welcoming to my family from the moment we checked in. They made sure we were well looked after during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, there was a wide variety of foods from different cuisines. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Our room was clean and tidy.

Difficult to get help from staff members due to their basic English. Sent to a doggy money changer instead to a reliable office 150k for a Viert Balck coffe. Worst value for money breakfast. Poor and not really clean pool & gym

Quality hotel in a decent location.

Good location and service. A very comfortable stay. I used the gym, pool and sauna, all of which were good.

Breakfast was ok, I am not sure if I would take if staying again. Extra towels in room would have been nice as we were travelling with a 5 year old.

We had an amazing stay. Coming from China, our union pay cards gave us a bit of issues paying for the deposit but the staff were so understanding and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and when it was too full they would make another plan to seat you at the library or the bar on the upper floors. All staff were extremely friendly and checked in on you at breakfast multiple times. We loved that the bathroom had a speaker so whatever was playing on the tv you could hear in the bathroom. The rooms were exactly as the pictures and very spacious and comfortable. The staff working at the entrance would always open your taxi doors and even help if money was confusing. We had an amazing time!

The Bluetooth speaker connection wasn’t as secure and our music kept cutting or stopping and playing.

The tase of the dim sum, matching of non-vietnamese guests with non-vietnamese speaking staff. Also the layout of the buffet is in a straight line. It is not an efficient layout for any crowd at all

Probably best location. Room was quiet and equipped with everything you can think of. You can even find Coffee press in the room. Room service is up to 5 stars standard. Fantastic work space(desk) in the room if that is important for you.

Check out was a little messy. They took usd as a guarantee deposit no questions asked, but then on the check out started to question every bill quality when I've tried to use those for payment. Pretty common thing in Asia, but still makes no sense to me. If you take it as a guarantee, means it's good enough for payment.
