Overall, very good, would reccommend.

location great. Hosts welcoming and informal. Very warm and airy in a lovely elevated location.

Great location close to town and on the way to family for us. All the facilities and material we needed. Just great!

Discovering too late the electric recliner on the huge sofa! Nothing else.

No shower, WiFi was intermittent and not suitable for streaming though fine for browsing and emails

Very relaxing

Good location and good value. Also very clean.

The breakfast bar stalls were really uncomfortable and a shower hose would be good.

Cosy autumn retreat

The cottage was extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped and Sarah had provided milk too! The cottage was cosy and perfect for this time of year. We loved spending time in cottage in the evenings. The location of the cottage was Ideal, with attractions easy to get to. We did not take a car and was still able to visit quite a few places using public transport and just walking. I would definitely visit again.

Lovely cottage in peak destination of local amenities.

Bedroom was a perfect size with loads of storage options for both of us. Bathroom was lovely with a gorgeous big bath and bath soap provided, including a medicine cabinet for putting all our creams and toothbrushes. Sofa room was lovely with a comfy reclining sofa. Lovely big TV with loads of dvd options. Kitchen had loads of kitchenware. Lovely stock up of tea, oil and washing up liquid. Lovely walking distance to local shops for eating, collecting food, beauty and cosmetics and local park to enjoy sitting and eating outside.

A window or ventilation system in the bathroom would be a good idea as the room gets rather hot with two people having very hot baths. Some blankets for warmth in the evening would be a fabulous idea. Potentially a usb cable to connect our apple laptop to the TV would have enabled us to watch Netflix.

This exceptionally well-kept and well-equipped cottage was the perfect location as a base for a fabulous tour of Derbyshire.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Owners very good.within easy reach of places of interest. Safe off street car parking

Didn't have to worry about car parking. Convenient for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go.

Restricted height over bath and lack of safety handles made it difficult to use. Could have done with a shower downstairs. Bedroom curtains were not thick enough to keep out the lights from next door (kept on all night).

Lovely cosy cottage tucked away in a beautiful setting but in easy reach of all local amenities. Perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside. The cottage itself was so well appointed and immaculately clean. Thank you Sarah!

There was nothing to dislike credit to the owners for the cleanliness of the property and there was everything you needed for a selfcatering break
